Every cake I create is bespoke and individual to each wedding couple. The pricing reflects years of design experience, the beautiful finish, and the precise and realistic quality of my sugar flower work. A professionally made wedding cake is created through the making of each of the flavourful fillings and beautiful sponges, assembling those perfect layers of each tier and assembling the cake as a whole. Then creating a flawless frosted finish, and of course, adding those finishing touches and handmaking every edible decoration. The cost is largely made up of this attention to detail, and the days taken to create your cake. The final quotation will include factors such as delivery costs and will be heavily dependant on the level of décor chosen for your cake. Below are the 2023 starting figures. 2 tier – starting from £360 3 tier – starting from £450 4 tier – starting from £540 Sugar flower arrangements are made by cutting and shaping every individual petal, leaf and berry. With one flavour per tier available, your guests will be truly spoilt for choice! Only quality ingredients such as free range eggs, the finest of chocolates, and local produce are sourced. Additional flavours are available upon request. Clare Ellen Cake Design would be proud to create luxurious multi-tiered delights and bespoke contemporary creations to help celebrate your day in a memorable way. Clare Ellen is the owner and creative behind Clare Ellen Cake Design. Equipped with a Bachelor's Degree in Decorative Art, she worked for eight years in some of the prestigious art studios in London. Highlights of that period include performing as Design and Production Lead to create a range of work exhibited at the prestigious ‘Masterpiece’ London in 2016. It was sold within an hour of opening. She was also part of a team that creates furnishings for world class yachts and glamourous hotels all over the world. Clare Ellen Cake Design began when Clare moved away from London. In her search for greenery, hills and fresh air, she was also looking for a new creative challenge. Her love for baking and cake art was naturally watered at this stage in life. Her
