We use only the finest raw ingredients such as free range eggs, fair-trade cocoa, best butter, locally milled flour in our sponge cakes and quality dried fruits and real brandy in our fruit cakes. Choose from our popular flavours or suggest one of your own. We can cater for special dietary requirements (gluten free/ diabetic etc), and all our cakes are vegetarian.
