Hi, I'm Claire and I own Caked, a bespoke wedding and celebration cake business based in North Dorset. I design elegant and contemporary wedding cakes to compliment your flowers, colour themes, even your dress for your wedding day.
Whether covered in fondant for a traditional and elegant design, or buttercream for a more rustic look, I will design a stunning cake to compliment your wedding day beautifully. Specialising in sugar flowers, your wedding flowers can be recreated in sugar, which can be kept for years as a keepsake. Many types of fresh flowers can also be used as decoration, as well as fresh fruit and many other decorations (seriously, anything! I've used toy safari animals, Hello Kitty figures and even a sugar dragon!).
It's not all about the design - the taste of the cake is as important. My signature flavours include Lemon & Lavender, Red Velvet, and White Chocolate & Raspberry, but if there are any particular flavours you're after, I can create them for you. I trained as a pastry chef at the famous Le Cordon Bleu, so you can rest assured your cake will taste absolutely delicious!
I also offer delicious favours for your guests, including pretty iced biscuits, macarons or truffles. Dessert tables alongside your cake are also very popular.
I deliver throughout the South and South West, and further afield if needed (cakes travel surprisingly well once you know how!).
