Owned and run by Pip Day, Cake of the Day is a locally run business based in Cheltenham. Pip has been baking for years and now specialises in unique and delicious hand crafted wedding cakes. She is passionate about creating cakes that taste just as good (if not better) than they look.
All cakes are baked and decorated with only the finest ingredients in Pip’s fully registered 5* hygiene rated kitchen.

What is your most memorable wedding?
Definitely the first wedding cake I’ve ever made as it was for my sisters wedding. I didn’t know much about big cakes or covering them at the time, but they were so delighted and it all got demolished so quickly my sister & brother in law never got any!

Describe your typical process with a couple.
I offer cake samples boxes/consultation for £20, I make these every couple of months and can post them out or we meet up for an informal chat. The £20 then comes off your final cake bill if you book with me!
