All my weddings are memorable for different reasons. I love to feel Like I'm part of my couples special day. And I love a nosey round the venues!!

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I made a Celtic love knot from willow for a couple who were from Scotland and Ireland and wanted to incorporate something that linked them together
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Contact is made to check availability - some couples will then order a tasting box - some will want to secure their date and pay a deposit - ideas will be passed back and forward and I can design a mock up of their cake - meet to discuss design, flavour and set up - final balance will be paid 4 weeks before wedding date with all details confirmed by then.
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
a tower of Tennant lager with a couple on top drinking cans of tenants lager!

I was asked by a family member to make a cake and this sparked my creativity and love for the process of designing and making cakes
