Established 1987 Celebrating Over 30 Years Bryn Awel Creative Cakes is a family run business in South Wales run by a mother and son team, Beverley and Twm. Beverley has been baking and decorating wedding cakes for over 30 years and loves to help make your big day extra special. With son Twm helping out from a young age he has become more and more involved with the business and now bakes and decorates cakes in addition to designing and manufacturing our own bespoke range of cake stands. Incorporating your cake into your own theme & design can be an exciting but daunting experience, working with us we can help you bring your creative ideas to life.

I met Bryn Awel cakes at The Celtic Manor trade show and what a nice guy! We were one of the other exhibitors at the show, and fortunately he had cupcakes left over at the end of the day. If you're looking for a wedding cake, the sponge was the lightest I had ever tasted and the chocolate orange ganache was perfect. The stand was also the prettiest at the show. Definitely worth a tasting session before choosing your wedding cake supplier.

We saw Bryn Arwel creative cakes at a wedding fair and were immediately impressed with the design and appearance of the cakes. The service was excellent, and they were really helpful, in terms of talking us through the options and making a cake that was in line with our own specifications. The end result was a design we loved, which was exactly in keeping with the theme of our wedding.

They were bursting with flavour

My partner and I first seen Bryn Awel cakes in a wedding fayre at Brangwyn Hall and instantaneously fell in love with the Disney cake on display. We were then given chocolate orange cupcakes to try and they were the most scrumptious cakes I've ever had. They were bursting with flavour and had a lovely texture and moisture to them. So we ordered our Disney cake with a chandelier stand with 2 chocolate orange layers and 2 sponge layers.
