My personal four favourite cake flavours are; carrot and cream cheese, lemon drizzle, Victoria sponge and chocolate Guinesss but I’m always experimenting with new flavours as to me the most important think about eating a slice of cake is enjoying it (and wanting to go back for more). My main focus is taste and I prefer to use buttercream to decorate, usually finished with edible fresh (or dried) flowers, nuts or herbs for a romantically, rustic look. Please get in touch (
