What is your most memorable wedding?
I never forget any wedding, I love all the details and seeing how all the plans have came together. Although my last cake will be quite memorable, one of the hottest days we'd had and being delivered into a marquee, but it looked stunning. There's a video on my website if you'd like to see

What about your business are you most proud of?
I am most proud of myself, which sounds big headed somewhat but the self barriers I've had to over come and still overcoming has been alot for me, running a buissness solo means you only have you, luckily I love my work, but there has been challenges and I'm proud that I'm overcoming them slowly
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
To remember that it's YOUR day, no one else's, there's so much worry about everyone else and what they will think or enjoy. The only ones who matter is you and your partner
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
My absolute favourite personal touch is the displays for the people who could not be there.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
The process with me, is to begin with a conversation about your date and venue, this let's me check my availability.
If preferred after having a guide for servings I can give you information on the size of cake you'd need for those servings, of course you can go larger or smaller, it's only a guide.
Then sending a cake sample box
If your happy with everything above we can have a consultation and discuss all options
A booking fee is required to secure date
Email or phone updates as required
Around a week or so prior to your wedding I would give you a call, see how your doing , confirm and go over anything with timings, vendors, weather etc
Then deliver and set up your cake
What is your signature cake?
My signature has to be tall, my cakes are tall, I love the aesthetic
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
The most original to date was the purple toned piped flowers cascading down a 3 tier cake. So striking. The flowers and tones I used were personal to the couple during their long distance relationship.
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
I've always baked since I was young with my nan, since having children I baked all their birthday cakes.
Since finding my style and confidence I leapt into the wedding industry and haven't looked back
What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?
My showstopper would probably be something carved and sculpted, indo enjoy a sculpted cake.
