Having always enjoyed baking, I took the plunge into professional baking in 2019. I decided early on that wedding cakes were my passion as I loved being a part of such a happy and special occasion. What is your signature cake?
Honestly, I don't have one. I do prefer more simplistic, rustic styles but love to be challenged.
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
This will be a cake I have planned for next year which is a 4 tier cake, with each tier sharing different parts of the couple's lives.
