Whichever approach you take, Helen’s friendly, flexible and experienced approach enables people to work together to create a memorable Cake which will be admired and enjoyed by all. Helen believes that the quality of the cake is as important as the decoration and design. All her cakes are home made using only the finest of ingredients. Fruit cakes are well matured with or without brandy to give a rich, moist texture whilst Vanilla sponge offers a lighter alternative. Whether your choice is rich fruit, light fruit, vanilla or chocolate sponge, chocolate butter cream, vanilla butter cream, ganache or any other combination Helen can and does cater for ALL dietary needs. Having organised her own Wedding Day, in every detail in May 2000, Helen knows from personal experience how stressful things can be. But with the help of friends and family and using her excellent communication skills she can guide you through your Cake selection without pressure or anxiety, enabling you to concentrate on other aspects of your Wedding arrangements.
