Vicki was so helpful and accommodating to myself and 3 friends. We were up in Newcastle at a friends wedding and she came to the hotel to do our hair. We had so much fun with her getting ready. Victoria was amazing yesterday. My hair was beautiful, exactly as I'd envisaged. Due to unforeseen circumstances my makeup artist cancelled, so with borrowed makeup Victoria stepped in to do my makeup too. I truly appreciate all she did for me.

She went above and beyond to make sure myself and my two bridesmaids were ready on time for my wedding last week. There was a couple of little tweeks which I wanted after my hair trial which she totally took on board and made my hair look fabulous on the day. All three of our hairstyles stayed in place throughout the day and well into the evening. She was chatty and friendly and very quick at responding to any questions and queries. She's brill!
