With over 7 years experience, as a professional bridal hair and make up artist it is my job to make you feel like the best version of yourself, on one of the most important days of your life. My aim is to create the vision of your fairytale wedding and make it a reality. By creating flawless, soft and beautiful looks, outstanding hairstyles and a day you will remember forever. Offering a mobile service in and around Dorset, Hampshire, the New Forest and Somerset, whilst also travelling to venues throughout the UK and Europe, it’s safe to say, I have you covered! I cannot rate Sophie enough!

I cannot rate Sophie highly enough. She is so professional, yet incredibly down to Earth and friendly. I was worried about having a heavy base of make up and wanted a more natural/lighter base, and Sophie worked with me to achieve this making sure I was 100% happy. I absolutely loved my hair and my make up and relieved so many compliments from my guests. I would 100% go to Sophie again. Highly recommend! I had a large bridal party (my mum plus 6 bridesmaids) and an early ceremony, and Sophie helped source an extra make up artist so that they could get us all ready in time. All my bridesmaids and mum LOVED their make up looks. Thank you Sophie for your hard work and kindness.

I hate fuss! But Sophie was AMAZING

Sophie did my hair and make up for my wedding in June and then all the bridesmaids hair too! All the bridesmaids absolutely loved their hair and they looked stunning! I felt so lush and was so happy with my hair and make up, even though it’s usually not my cup of tea and I hate fuss - which actually made it worse, but Sophie was amazing and understood exactly what I wanted. She made me feel relaxed and it was perfect! She made us all feel so chill in the morning and fit right in with our getting ready vibes.everything from booking, trial and communication right up to the day was spot on. 💕💕 THANK YOU

Sophie did the BEST job

Sophie did my hair for my wedding along with my 5 bridesmaids and she did the BEST job. From the trial to the big day her communication and customer service was exceptional. I had a low bun with a plait and it lasted the whole day, including taking my veil out. It wasn't an easy job as well as my hair is very thick but Sophie pulled it off. I recommend Sophie to all brides, it was a pleasure to have her be a part of our day. Abby xoxo

Would thoroughly recommend Sophie

Thanks so much Sophie for doing my hair and make up for my wedding day last weekend. It was touch and go whether this would happen with the current restrictions, especially the make up where it was only permitted on the day of the wedding so we couldn’t have a trail. However Sophie was friendly, positive and helpful at all times. I loved my hair and as someone who doesn’t wear make up very often I was really happy with how she listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. She was also happy to do my Sister’s hair at fairly short notice, and my sister was also really happy. Would thoroughly recommend Sophie to anyone looking for professional and beautiful hair and/or make up

My hair and makeup was perfect for the entire day

Sophie created exactly the look I was after for my hair and makeup on my wedding day. She put so much love and care into making sure everything was perfect for me, and also for my mum and sister on the day. Throughout the whole wedding planning process (which has been quite a journey in 2020) Sophie was responsive to all my messages and always really understanding. What about your business are you most proud of?

Me! Through hard work and passion, I have built a very successful business doing what I love. I have had the opportunity to make up so many beautiful brides in the 4 years of having this business. With over 60 weddings this year, I really couldn’t think of anything else I’d rather be doing!

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Book your wedding suppliers in advance to avoid disappointment. I usually get booked upto two years in advance

Describe your typical process with a couple.

From the first point of contact, I would discuss pricing, check my availability and requirements of the bride. If you would like to go ahead and book, I would then send a booking form for you to fill out which will have all the relevant information I need for your big day. Once I have received this, I would then invoice you requesting a £50 deposit to secure your date. We would then discuss a suitable time for a trial and go from there :)
