What is your most memorable wedding?
Every wedding is memorable to me and I absolutely love being a part of my bride's special day. However I have so many wonderful memories of when my Brides see their completed makeup look, and their smile show how over the moon they are! Moments like these make me realise how lucky I am to have such a wonderful job!

What about your business are you most proud of?
A few years ago, I dreamed to be where I am now! Building a business and growing a strong reputation in the bridal industry takes hard work and dedication, however, hard work always pays off! I absolutely adore my job. Being involved in a Bride's wedding morning is such a privilege, and I will always to thankful to my wonderful brides who book me to do their wedding makeup. In 2024 I have been a part of over 40 weddings already! For an independent business owner, I'm absolutely over the moon with this, and I'm really excited to see what the future holds for Natural Bridal Beauty.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
As a Bride myself in 2022, I would 100% advise Brides to book suppliers that they bond well with (as well as love their work of course). At my wedding I had my photographer, videographer and my hair & makeup artist stay with me all day until my first dance, and I can honestly say that some of my favourite memories are of laughing with the 3 of them on my wedding day! They all were wonderful and kind, and put me at ease when I felt nervous or awkward in front of the camera! My guests and wedding party all commented what a pleasure they were to work with too.
You spend most of your wedding day with your suppliers, so choose wisely and make sure they are your type of people :)
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A Bride & Groom had used dried petals for confetti from a dear neighbours & friend's rose bush, who had sadly passed away before the wedding date. This way the couple felt as if their friend was there with them on their special day. The bags of confetti had a lovely poem about how much the family friend loved to take care of her garden and how much she was missed. It honestly brought me to tears on the wedding day as it was such a beautiful memory and tribute to a wonderful lady.
What do you love most about your job?
Its so hard to choose just one! But, I love when a Bride, who at first is quite nervous to have her makeup done, is absolutely over the moon with her makeup at the end of her Bridal Preview, and is then super excited to be pampered on the wedding day! I love making my brides feel confident and beautiful! I also love changing peoples conceptions that having your makeup done means that it will be heavy or cakey! You can guarantee that your skin will look healthy and skin like when you book with us!
What is your No. 1 beauty tip for a bride?
Start your skin prep now! A good skincare routine takes time to prefect, so the sooner you start investing in your skin health, the more benefits you will see on the wedding day. Taking care of your skin helps makeup sit flawlessly and last longer! Knowing the right skin care for you can be a mind field! That is why my bridal packages include skin care before makeup application and skin care advise to my brides if they need it.
How do you keep the bride feeling calm on her wedding day?
I always tell my brides that I was an absolute nervous wreck on my wedding morning! I couldn't eat and I was really quite throughout the whole 6 hours of bridal prep! But, once the doors opened for my entrance, and I saw all of my loved ones smiling at me, I knew then that there was no need to worry all morning! Getting married to your best friend is the most wonderful feeling in the world! You never get the day back (unfortunately), so enjoy every moment!
However, I'm always there to get you through the nerves if you can't seem to shake them off! If all else fails....there is always prossecco ;)
What advice would you give to brides to stay looking great throughout their wedding day?
I provide my brides with a handy bridal top up kit to help freshen up their makeup when needed. I also have bridal packages where I stay longer throughout your day to keep your makeup looking amazing- and these are great for Brides who dream of having a change of dress or and evening look.
Having baskets in your venue's bathroom with deodorants and wipes etc also help, and it means you don't have to carry lots of products in your bag as they are already there.
