I cannot begin to describe how amazing Sali was on my wedding day! She was lovely & chatty, always cracking jokes and telling me to remember to breathe. She was a calming presence in the midst of the wedding prep. She made all my bridesmaids and me look spectacular! I could not ask for a better makeup artist, if you’re considering booking her, do it! You will not be disappointed! As I had quite a big bridal party, she brought along her wonderful friend Adele to split the workload. They worked like troopers and I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work 🧡

up. Having used her services before, and comparing her to the experience I had with wedding make up (as a bridesmaid several times) there was no competition really! Sali brings with her a friendly disposition, humour, and an expertise that is just in a league of its own. My mother had scars from surgery for skin cancer, and was concerned about them showing up in wedding photos. Sali bought specific products to use and my Mum looked absolutely flawless. She felt so pretty on the day and this was such a wonderful thing to see. Sali had the challenge of doing my make up on the hottest day of the year, but she delivered, and it stayed put. The additional touches of a little kit with blotting paper, powder, and a brand new lipstick (whichever colour you chose at the make up trial) as well as chewing gum made the care she puts in to each job so evident. I can't recommend Sali enough, she was on time, she was professional, she made us all feel at ease and she expertly dealt with my nerves on the day. She's an essential part of your wedding day!

I couldn't have picked a better person to do my make up on my wedding day than Sali. I chose her initially because I loved the photos of her work and could see lots of the make up looks she created for others on me. I was looking for something classy and not too over the top - something that really reflected who I am and Sali delivered in spades. During my trial, she made me feel at ease and asked me lots of questions about how I usually do my make up to make sure I was comfortable and we built a look collaboratively. On the wedding day, she was such a calm yet fun presence as we got ready. She did make up for me and my mum and gave me a great touch up kit (including a full size lipstick!) to keep me going - it wasn't needed as the make up stayed so well, despite the rain and exuberant dancing! Not only is Sali and magnificent make up artist, she is also such a lovely person, caring and inclusive, and I wish I could have her do my make up every day!

Sali felt like a huge part of my special day. She kept me calm and collected as I got ready- even helping when there was an issue with my dress! She made me look like the best version of myself- Not overly painted, or like a different person, but radiant and beautiful. I enjoyed every step of our booking, from communication, to trail make-up and finally to the big day. I received so many compliments on the day, and had not hesitation in rebooking her for my maternity shoot just afew years after my wedding. The best!

Where to start! Sali is a long time internet friend who I have had the pleasure of meeting “IRL” only a handful of times (including the 2nd time meeting being us going on holiday together, but that is a whole other tale to tell!). I had said to Sali all those, nearly 9, years ago that if I was ever to get married she’d be the first lady I’d reach out to. After all I’d seen some of her portfolio and loved her work! Over the years that portfolio of work has grown, her skill honed and her craft gotten better and better, but the woman at the heart of it all was joyously still down to earth “good egg” vibes all the way. I stayed true to my word and within days of my (now husband!) popping the question i asked Sali if she’d do the second most important job for me (the first being my stepdaughter ensuring her dad made it to the ceremony for the right time, as literally days before the I Do’s he still couldn't tell me what time we were due to marry!!). I had a glorious trial with Sali where I showed her my pinterest board, gave her instructions on my precise look that I wanted to achieve and threw in some of her previous brides I’d heart eyed over. On the day itself she was punctual, calm at the right times, a bundle of energy at the right times and gave me the best hugs. She was my little calm water pool in, at times, some rather busy seas! The end look speaks for itself, the compliments I received the whole day (and night) over my makeup were wonderful and if I’m honest I may have strategically taken off my face but left my eyes in tact so when I woke up the next day with a slick of mascara I could remind the husband of what he had married the day before… Sali please dont shout I did fully cleanse and moisturise everywhere else on my face, I promise!! Would I recommend Sali? 100% yes Would I use her services again? 100% yes I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you’re thinking about booking with her, DO IT! You wont be disappointed.

Sali was my first and only choice when it came to choosing my mua. We unexpectedly chose the year of covid to get married. When we didn't know if it would be happening, Sali was always positive, and when we had to push our wedding by a year she booked me in straight away. My trial was amazing. I didn't know what I wanted but I looked amazing, she knew exactly what to do. The morning of our wedding we arrived at TOV and she was ready to go. She started by making my 2 bridesmaids look beautiful. None of us wear a lot of makeup, but we looked amazing. We looked like us but the best version we could be. She thoughtfully gives you a little package which has all the essentials in it; Tissues, blotting paper, mints, lipstick and brush, and some undereye pads for the next morning. Sali isn't just a MUA, she is a friend who goes through it all with you. She makes you relaxed and confident for when you walk down the aisle on the best day of your life x

Sali has been a dream to have as part of my wedding team over the past 2 years! Through covid postponements and multiple trials I feel like we've got to know each other well and I genuinely loved having her there on the morning of my wedding. 10 reasons to choose Sali for your wedding day: 1) She'll make you giggle and feel relaxed 2) She listens to what you like/dislike but also has fantastic knowledge if you feel unsure of what you want. 3) You can trust her 100% to make you and your bridal party look and feel like the best versions of yourselves without feeling like you are caked in make up. All my girls could see what a great job she was doing and just trusted her to go with her instinct. 4) She puts anyone who is nervouse about having their make up done at ease - My mum especially was feeling aprehensive, but was so happy with how brilliant Sali was, and people are still telling me now how fantastic my mum looked! 5) She goes above and beyond - she brought energy treats for the photographer, helped me get into my dress and gave great tips to help make the day run smoothly - including how to wee in a wedding dress. 6) She had me and my entire bridal party ready early, with time for touch ups and made my flower girls feel fancy with some gloss and glitter. 7) She's so gentle, it's like having a mini facial before she even starts with the make up! 7) She works brilliantly with other suppliers and has some fantastic contacts if you need them. I'd recommend her and Moira Borg (Hairstylist) as a dream team if you want a calm, happy atmosphere on your wedding morning. 8) Your make up will still look great even if you become a sweaty mess on the dancefloor! 9) She has fantatstic communication throughout the whole process; from enquiry, to booking, trials, the big day and beyond. 10) She wears great t-shirts *An extra thank you to Sali for coming to my house on our 'should-be-wedding-day' in 2021, when we had to postpone our wedding 3 days before the date. She was such a great support and came round my house (with wine!) to make me feel fantastic for a day out with our friends.

Sali right from the start put me at ease, she's funny, witty and just the right amount of enthusiastic on your day. She steers you effortlessly and ensures you look sensational on the day. I really couldn't recommend any other MUA on my special day, I looked flawless all day as did my bridesmaids!

Sali did my make up for myself and bridal party at my wedding on the 30th October 2021 and was absolutely incredible. She did an absolutely amazing job making us all look gorgeous and feel a million dollars! Sali was absolutely wonderful company to have during our bridal preparations. I would highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for a talented and all around lovely make up artist. My husband also purchased for me as a Christmas gift Sali’s bridal eyes palette which is absolutely stunning. It is my go to palette for when I wear make up and it was the only eyeshadow palette I took on our honeymoon. I was able to create an array of looks with it and got so many compliments!
