Hi, I am Marybeth- I am so pleased you are here! Firstly thank you so much for taking time to visit my website. I am a bridal hair & make up artist based near the borders of Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire but I cover all of the South West and beyond. ​ Why I do what I do ... It is such a compliment and honour to me when a bride allows me to be part of her wedding day. My mission is to go above and beyond, so that every bride of mine looks back on their wedding morning, with memories of feeling absolutely beautiful, happy, cared for and like they always dreamt of. Wedding days can be the happiest day of a persons life so, what can be better than witnessing that lovely joy over and over and for work ... which is why I love what I do. ​ How I started my journey ... I became qualified in hairdressing, beauty and holistic therapy with my private training being held at the renowned London Hair Academy, Marvell Hair Academy and reputable Helen McGuinness beauty school. I also gained invaluable salon experience in both hair and beauty. I proudly ventured out on my own and I have never looked back. A friend asked me one day to do her hair for a party and I LOVED creating her style and so, that was it, I had found my passion! I update my skills by further training to keep on top of ever moving trends. Hannah Taylor, Lisa Alger, Kasia Fortuna and Kristina Gasperas are to name a few I have done training with. What makes me different to other artists? My style of work bespoke to my brides. 100% dedication, attention, care and professionalism which is needed when planning a wedding. My love for natural to soft glam make up in a heavily filtered world and vastly varied hairstyling. Most importantly, this isn't just my buinesss, it is a privaledge that I never take for granted. I care about not only how you look but how you feel.
