What about your business are you most proud of?

I am most proud of the awards I have won over the years. It’s such an achievement to be recognised as the best in the industry.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Creating an email strictly for your wedding planning. This helps keeps all your booking confirmations/invoices in one place.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

I absolutely love hand written letters. When couples writes a lovely note for each other to be opened/read on the morning of the wedding.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

I send over my wedding brochure via email for them to have a look at, it contents all the relevant information they need to know including rates, terms & conditions, top tips and my wedding portfolio.

What do you love most about your job?

I love being part of a brides big day. The fact they chose you to be part of their wedding. I enjoy every minute of it. From the engagement shoot/party, makeup trials, hen night makeup all the way to the wedding day. I have also got to see my beautiful brides have babies. Such a precious moment & I am so happy i get to experience these milestones with my clients on a regular basis.

What is your No. 1 beauty tip for a bride?

Look after your skin, wear SPF and don’t try any new products leading up to your wedding day.

How do you keep the bride feeling calm on her wedding day?

I always reassure my bride, making sure she’s okay as I know nerves can take over some people. I always ask if they need a drink or something to eat.

What advice would you give to brides to stay looking great throughout their wedding day?

I always gift my bridal parties touch up kit bags, this has a sample pot with the shade of lipstick used, lip brush, mascara wand, makeup sponge, tub of translucent powder along with a mini makeup wipe, cotton pad/bud & oil blotting sheet. It also includes my business card & mints.
