What is your most memorable wedding?
I did a wedding for a friend two years ago. It was all systems go! Everyone was ready except the bride to be to get in her dress. When it came to it the zip on her dress broke. It was panic all round. I had to keep my friend and client calm stop her from getting teary and also help stitch the back of the dress. But in the end it was all sorted and the bride looked beautiful!
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
I dont have a certain style. I always want to be able to create what the bride would like. Each bride is different and i usually have to create a different look. So i try not to put myself in a certain category.
What about your business are you most proud of?
I have had clients come to me for my mobile business for over 10 years. I have had bridal parties reccommended to me and i hae done their hair instead of their own hairdresser.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Take your time when choosing your suppliers. Its not something you want to rush in to from your hair and make up artist to your florist and photographers. You have to be 100% happy with it all and don't panic!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I usually make contact with the bride. The price list will be sent to them and they can then peruse at their own leisure. I explain the process and what is available to them. I then book in a trial. I ask the bridal party to look through images to help them decide and if they want to they can send them over to me along with a pic of their own hair so i have a rough idea of what i will be working with. I then make the booking for the wedding day. I am always available to chat to on the run up to the wedding and always happy to help.

Meeting new clients is such a nice part of my job. Its always exciting to be able to chat to new brides and discuss what they would like. Sometimes be able to encourage them and to step out of their comfort zone and give them the confidence they need.
