Bumblebee Bridal

So I had Michelle Lacey from Bumblebee bridal to do hair on our wedding day, there was myself, my mum, mother in law, 4 bridesmaids and 2 flower girls, as there were quite a few of us we started early in the morning in a nearby hotel we were staying in, we then all traveled over to Gosfield hall to finish off. Being quite a relaxed person I didn’t have any hair trials, I just sent a few ideas via email, so the first time I met Michelle was on the day of my wedding, but in strolls someone who felt like a friend I’d known for years. She has such a friendly personality and really puts people at ease while she works her magic. Michelle created such lovely hairstyles for my bridal party, I’d honestly recommend her to anyone. We already had a make up artist booked but michelle also does bridal make up, you only have to have a quick browse through her website to see how good she is in both areas. Book without hesitation xx

Michelle was is an amazing MUA and exactly the type of person you need the day of your wedding. She made me feel completely at ease, provided great banter (!) and she made myself, my mum and all my bridesmaids feel stunning. One of my bridesmaids even had her sister book Michelle for her wedding 2 days later! Couldn't recommend her enough for anyone looking for a wedding makeup artist (and / or all other occasions where you want to look and feel your best!)

Michelle is so incredibly talented! My hair and my bridal parties hair looked so beautiful on the day. She is so friendly and we all had such a laugh getting ready, she really helped settle my nerves. Just the person you need on your wedding morning! I could not recommend her enough. She was even taking photos and little videos of us all when the photographer wasn't there, so that every step was captured. Thank you so so much.

I work alongside Bumblebee Bridal regularly it is always an absolute pleasure! She has been an amazing mentor and I have learnt so much from her. She is always encouraging and helpful wanting others to succeed in the industry too.

I contacted Michelle after having a few makeup and hair trials that I wasn’t wowed with, and I am so glad I did. She made myself and my bridesmaids feel absolutely amazing and our hair and make up lasted until the end of the night. I had so many compliments on my hair and how incredible it looked. Michelle is so friendly and put everyone at ease on what could have been a very stressful morning. I would 100% recommend Michelle to anybody.

Wow what can I say. I contacted Michelle to do my bridesmaids hair for my wedding as we and been let down by another stylist. She was great for point of contact and arrived on time in the morning. The girls hair all looked out of this world we were over the moon. I (bride ) was let down as my hairdresser arrived over an hour and half late in the morning as Michelle saved the day and done mine. It must of been that fate intervened as my hair looked better than k could of dreamed of. Michelle also did 2 bridesmaids make up which look fab and lasted all day/eve. Such a lovely lady. Would highly recommend ! X

I can not recommend Michelle highly enough, not only is Michelle unbelievably talented she is also such a lovely woman! As a girl that loves her make up, how my make up and hair looked in our wedding day was extremely important to me As soon as I saw Michelle's instagram page I knew I couldn't have any one else do my make up! After a wonderful 4hour trial with Michelle j was even more excited for my wedding morning prep, Michelle made me feel so at ease and it was just like a friend being with me in the morning! Not only that but Michelle made me feel beautiful in our wedding day, and I can honestly day I haven't felt like that in 30 years! People still talk about my wedding hair to this day! Michelle really is the best and I recommend her to everyone!

I have worked with Michelle for a while now and am truly amazed at the hairstyles and makeup she creates. Not only is she extremely talented and professional, she really does take the time to listen to her brides. From the moment they walk into the studio for their trial she puts them at ease creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Michelle really listens to their dreams, worries and any problems they may have with either hair or skin problems and instills an inner confidence in each and every one. She is kind, understanding and works her magic creating their dream look. Michelle gives her brides the look they dreamed of but more than that she gives them the confidence to truly shine on their wedding day.

Michelle was simply amazing. Not only did she do the most impressive hair and make up I have ever seen, but also made my lovely friend, who was the bride, feel at ease and enjoy a special part of preparing for a very special day
