I have always prioritised achieving a balance between professionalism and being personable. My expert abilities are essential, but, on what is often the most important days of my brides' lives, I also have to be a friendly face that they can trust and enjoy having around!
I always make sure I stay up-to-date with current trends so I can stay on the cutting-edge of my field, and my extensive experience across over 28 years allows me to consistently create stunning wedding looks for my brides.
It is important to me to get to know my bride as well as I can before I begin work on her hair; what she likes, what she dislikes, and what she does or doesn't think is achievable, are all valuable things for me to find out. After receiving the initial enquiry, I get a clear understanding over the phone or video chat of the general styles that each bride likes and the details of her wedding. Information is then sent out before they come in for their hair trial appointment at my studio. Each hair trial lasts around 2 hours, giving us plenty of time to chat, get the bride relaxed and comfortable, and try out a range of different styles and ideas that really capture her dreams for the big day. I always reassure my brides that I will be there for them for the duration up until their wedding day, to discuss any changes of heart or new exciting ideas. If the wedding look changes, I am happy to offer additional hair trials at no further cost.
My priority is making sure that, come her wedding day, my bride is comfortable, confident, and beautiful!
