Located on the edge of Sligo town in the heart of Yeats’ Country, the Sligo Park Hotel and Leisure Club is set in quiet parkland and surrounded by some of the most scenic countryside in Ireland ranging from the majestic Benbulben to the gentle waters of Lough Gill.
The Sligo Park Suite has been designed with you in mind, with its floor to ceiling windows allowing natural light to flood into the airy, spacious room. The suite is designed to cater for up to 220 guests and together with the skills of our experienced chefs, creates the perfect setting for your special day. For a smaller, more intimate wedding reception, the Mespil suite caters comfortably for up to 80 guests.
We appreciate that each wedding is unique, so whether you opt for one of our special all-inclusive packages or would like a bespoke package, we would be delighted to assist. Whatever you choose, we love to say yes.
With so many decisions to be made for your wedding day, we have designed three unique Wedding Packages o make the planning process as effortless as possible for you.
Should our ‘Classic’ ‘Elegant’ or ‘Romantic’ all-inclusive wedding packages not be suitable to your requirements, our dedicated wedding co-ordinator will be happy to customise a bespoke wedding package to suit your budget and needs.

Her attention to detail, organisation, kindness, and calm approach made planning our day so enjoyable and completely stress-free. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made us feel supported every step of the way. On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. The staff throughout the hotel were outstanding. Every single member of the team was friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. Our guests commented on how attentive everyone was, and it really added to the wonderful atmosphere. The food was absolutely incredible. The drinks reception takes place in the outside Pergola and Function Bar area.
How many guests do you recommend at a table?
We recommend 10 guests per table as there it is more comfortable for your guests but we can accommodate a minimum of 8 guest and maximum of 11 guests per table.
How many guests can sit at the Top Table on the stage?
We can accommodate 16 guests on Top Table on the stage.
Do we have to have our Top Table on the stage? Can we have it on the floor instead?
Yes, you most certainly can have the Top Table off the stage if you would prefer.
Do you accommodate for special allergies and dietary requirements?
We do accommodate for all allergies and dietary restrictions on wedding day. We would require you let us know if you can before hand so we can notify the kitchen.
Do you have a recommended supplier list?
We do have a recommended supplier list that we can most certainly forward on to couples to help with their planning, if needed.
