From the moment you arrive, the house is entirely yours, a private sanctuary where every corner, from the grand ballroom to the charming outdoor gardens, is yours to enjoy.
Our venue combines timeless elegance with modern comforts, making it the perfect setting for weddings of all sizes. Celebrate your drinks reception in the stunning manor house, or, weather permitting, take advantage of our beautifully landscaped gardens and outdoor spaces. For larger weddings, our ballroom suite can comfortably host up to 275 guests, while more intimate celebrations will find the perfect setting in our Oak Room, featuring original Tudor architecture and exquisite oak carvings, or the Cobden Suite, offering a unique atmosphere tailored to smaller gatherings.

At Ballykealey House, our wedding packages are designed to include everything you need for a seamless, all-in-one celebration so you can simply arrive and enjoy your day.
Your chosen package includes exclusive use of Ballykealey House and its grounds, along with full venue set-up including tables, chairs, table linen, glassware, crockery, and dedicated on-the-day staffing.
Your celebration begins with a drinks reception on arrival, including a selection of arrival drinks, seasonal canapés, tea & coffee served with homemade cookies, and a relaxed welcome for your guests.
Your wedding banquet is a key highlight, featuring a beautifully curated multi-course meal prepared by our in-house culinary team, along with half a bottle of house wine per guest, followed by tea, coffee and petit fours.
In the evening, your reception continues with a late-night food offering served to keep your guests going into the night.
Also included are your wedding menu tasting experience, personalised table plan and menus, rustic centrepieces and candelabras, plus a dedicated wedding coordinator to guide you through every step of your planning journey.
Selected packages also include extras such as a honeymoon suite and additional complimentary bedrooms for the wedding couple.

From the very beginning of the planning process right through to our wedding day, everything was simply perfect. The venue is absolutely stunning. The beautifully maintained grounds, with their mature plants and flowers, fountain, forest and swing, are simply gorgeous and perfect for pictures. The house itself is immaculate, with beautiful décor, bright and airy rooms that are full of character, and stunning views of the garden. It is the most perfect setting for a wedding. From our first viewing right through to our wedding day, Angela made us feel so welcome. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She made everything feel so smooth and easy, and her communication was always excellent. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always felt that we were in the best hands. Luke and his front of house team were also fantastic. They were extremely helpful with all aspects of our room bookings and allocations, and communication was always quick, clear and straightforward. Everything was explained so well, which made the whole experience completely stress free. James and his team were absolutely amazing. From our initial tasting before the wedding, to the canapés, our wedding meal, evening food and breakfast, every single thing was delicious. All our guests were raving about the food. Everything was perfect, beautifully presented, and there was lots of it! The food was truly one of the highlights of the day. Alison, Bruno, Wesley and the entire team who looked after us at our tastings, reception, dinner service and breakfast were exceptional. They were professional, attentive, friendly and enthusiastic throughout the entire day. They were always on hand when needed and went above and beyond to make sure that we, our families and all of our guests were well looked after. Their service was genuinely outstanding.
