The Murphy family have an affinity with nature and take great pride in their role as custodians of the land, having planted over 200,000 trees. They cultivate and grow as much organic foodstuffs and fuel as they can. In a County renowned for its rich agricultural heritage, Mount Druid is also a working organic sheep farm.

The Hire Fee guarantees exclusive use of the Mount Druid for your Wedding (this includes the Barn, Walled garden and Boat House by the lake). It also covers the use of the Barn for Breakfast on the day after your Wedding. The Hire Fee also includes the use of the courtesy taxis to transport guests between venues on the day and to return guests back to onsite accommodation when the Barn closes, also the lighting of all stoves in the Glamping Accommodation. The Hire Fee also includes all Crockery, Glassware, Cutlery, Antique candelabras and candles for the dressing of the dining tables.

Our main points of contact were Margaret and Eleanor, they were so lovely to deal with throughout the entire process as were any of the rest of the team we communicated with.
