Dunboyne Castle Full Description
The estate also offers a rich history, having been built on the site of the original castle. This was destroyed in the 18th Century Cromwell invasion, and the ruins can still be viewed on the grounds.
However, the rich heritage of the estate is just one of the reasons it has gained a reputation as the top wedding venue in Meath. With a choice between the Georgian Drawing Room and contemporary Tara Ballroom, weddings with up to 220 guests can be held in the hotel.
