The dishes served are fresh and delicious, including the desserts (special mention to the strawberry cappuccino with sugar-free whipped cream, the first time I have had the chance to taste it in a restaurant).     The chef was very attentive to our requests, and offered us an excellent menu which met our wishes in every way. He was also very commercial. The room is beautiful, and the view of the lake is magnificent thanks to to a radiant sun that day. It is modular, which made it possible to adapt to the number of guests while this figure varied quite a bit between the reservation date and the wedding. The fact of having the hotel for us, with the possibility for latecomers to take a room...The chef was very attentive to our requests, and offered us an excellent menu which met our wishes in every way.
