Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
Every wedding at Château de Trouhans is unique, but one of the most memorable was that of a couple who transformed our grounds into a magical garden illuminated by lanterns and candles. The ceremony took place at sunset in front of our historic façade, followed by a gourmet dinner under our elegant marquee. Laughter and emotion echoed into the early hours of the morning in an atmosphere both intimate and majestic.

Visit several venues before making your final decision, and choose the one that truly resonates with your love story. Love at first sight is essential! Then, trust the professionals you select and don't hesitate to personalize every detail to make your wedding truly yours.
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
A couple created a "wish tree" in our park, where each guest hung a personal message. At the end of the evening, the bride and groom read some of these moving messages in front of their loved ones. It was a truly touching and meaningful moment of sharing that left a lasting impression.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
Without a doubt, the avenue of century-old trees leading to the château's façade! The natural light is sublime in every season, creating timeless and enchanting shots. Our photographers also love the main courtyard and the lounges with their period woodwork.
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
We respect the privacy of all our clients, whether they are celebrities or not. What we can say is that our château has hosted prominent figures from the artistic and business worlds who have appreciated our discretion and professionalism.
What’s your favourite canapé?
Burgundy foie gras toasts on gingerbread, served with onion confit – a revisited regional classic that always impresses our guests and celebrates our Burgundy terroir.
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
A runny chocolate fondant with Bourbon vanilla custard. Simple in appearance but divinely executed, this dessert delights young and old alike and adds a comforting touch to the end of a refined meal.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
Our perfectly preserved 18th-century château is nestled in 4 hectares of lush greenery. The combination of authentic historic architecture and our modern, discreet facilities allows us to organize weddings that combine old-world charm with contemporary comfort.
