Nestled in the heart of the Massacre Forest of the Rousses station at 1293 m. at altitude, the Chalet de la Frasse is a gîte – restaurant. Accessible in summer by a forest road, you can access the chalet by snowshoes or by cross-country skiing via the slopes in winter.
Our alpine chalet is located on the GR9 trail as well as the GTJ (Grande Traversée du Jura).
The chalet is open every day, from June to mid-October then from December to mid-April (depending on snow conditions).
For a sporting stay, a festive event or a gourmet stopover, the Chalet de la Frasse adapts to your desires and needs.

A magnificent restaurant room with a square fireplace in the middle, wooden table and chairs of course. Very comfortable dormitory, we are very well received and we eat divinely well (homemade mountain dishes). What a joy to be stopped during my hike, I will come back with great pleasure!
