Our reception was held on the verandah. The set up with beautiful, the fairy lights on the roof were so pretty, and the food was delicious. Staff were incredible. The ballroom, cake room, and facilities were beautiful. One word to describe the reception: STUNNING Renae Logan & NicholasThe reception venue was stunning. Villa Botanica is located in a beautiful part of QLD. Being a secluded private property was not the only thing that made our decision to get married here easy, they also arrange to collect all your guests from around the airlie beach area and drop them home at the end of the night ensuring everyone can relax and enjoy themselves which to us was a number 1 priority. Is there a deposit to secure our date?
Yes, A deposit of $1990 is to be paid to secure your wedding date.
What is the venues guest capacity?
100 is maximum capacity (80 seated & 100 canape)

Shuttle bus will pick up guests from several locations from Shute Harbour to Cannonvale. This is mandatory for guest to arrive at the venue. We have exclusive discounts on accommodation that your guest can use for a variety of hotels around town.
What Suppliers can I use?
Suppliers, including catering, décor, cake, flowers, childcare, & shuttles, entertainment etc, are organised exclusively through our preferred suppliers with your wedding planner
Are staff included you the package price?
Bar Staff are included in the package, Wait staff are included in the menu price when quoted.
Is there a childcare onsite and can parents choose to opt out?
Yes, we do have a childcare room (Botanica Kids Club) that can accommodate up to 10 children. For safety reasons, all children 12yrs and under on site must be under the care of our childcare team. POA per child
Yes, we do have a childcare room (Botanica Kids Club) that can accommodate up to 10 children. Is my Wedding Planner there on the day?
Yes, your wedding planner will be present in the morning to oversee and confirm all setup and supplier arrangements. From there, they will be by your side, assisting right through to your walk down the aisle to your reception entrance. Following this, your Functions Coordinator will seamlessly take over, ensuring the remainder of your evening flows beautifully.
When is my wedding rehearsal?
Yes, the ceremony rehearsal time will confirmed by your wedding planner.
