Wow what a beautiful venue with lovely staff. Had a fantastic cocktail at the rooftop bar, Allie was so lovely and made our night! Will be back again!

My husband & I have just enjoyed the most wonderful stay at the Balfour Hotel, starting with a phone call from Maxine letting us know of an early check in availability and an upgrade to a delightful Studio on arrival. We enjoyed a drink on the rooftop bar & a delicious dinner at the restaurant. Maxine and all the staff we interacted with during our stay are a credit to management. Thank you all for your wonderful service to your guests. We will most definitely be back again!
