a 6 hour exclusive hire of the venue incurs a guaranteed minimum spend on food and drinks, which varies depending on the day of the week: • Mon///Tues - $2500 • Wed - $3000 • Thu - $4500 • Fri - $8000 • Sat/Sun - $5000. The minimum spend can be made up of bar tab, cash bar, or a combination of the two, but you will be liable should there be any shortfall on the minimum spend.

If you get exclusive hire of the venue we can make our catering menu available to you, which generally consists of the following: • House marinated Sicilian Olives • Guacamole and Tomato Salsa with Corn Chips • Mini tomato Bruschetta • Smoked Salmon Blinis with Gin and Tonic Creamed Cheese • Kofte style meatballs, with a tomato chutney dipping sauce • Nacho Tostadas • Satay Chicken Skewers • A selection of Gourmet Toasties cut into bite sized pieces For a group of 60 I would recommend spending around $1200 on food, and for that we put together a selection of all of the above, which comes out in a steady procession throughout the evening. But you could of course spend more or less, and we can vary the amounts of each accordingly. We can also offer a large cheese and antipasto grazing table for $600 If you're looking to do the Catering Menu and the Antipasti Table I can do that for $1500. No problem to bring your own catering in either, just be advised that we are not able to offer an area for catering to be prepped in.
