Great place and the best service.
Great place and the best service. I have stayed at Balmoral many times during the last years. Always my home in London. I can not recommend it enough. Great location, very clean, full breakfast and above all great service. Thank you Flavio, Auri and all staff for making me feel always at home.

Our room was ready early which we were so thankful for as we were suffering from jet lag. It was very clean and quiet. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. My luggage arrived a day late and we found it in our room when we got back later that day. Great location...great staff. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was incredibly accommodating
Staff was incredibly accommodating. I didn't realize you have to check in BEFORE 11pm when I booked the room. This was 100% a usability issue on United Hotels side. It stated check in after 2pm, failed to mention before 11pm until AFTER I made the booking. I called the hotel right away when I realized and the staff was kind enough to approve a full refund on a non-refundable reservation.

Great experience from start to finish.
Great experience from start to finish. Greeted by a very helpful team at the front desk, who acted like my own dedicated concierge service. I've stayed here on numerous occasions with my family when we have had a late night in the city after going to the theatre. The rooms were spacious and clean. Not to mention the pleasant housekeeping staff. As a family owned establishment, we were treated to a high standard of care and attention, which I liked a lot.

It was everything that I needed
It was everything that I needed, for a reasonable price. One has to be aware that the single rooms are super tiny, but as I went out early in the morning and came back after 13-14 hours - it was just fine for my needs. The room was cleaned every day, it was warm, tea and kettle provided. Great location too - just a short walk from Paddington station and Hyde Park. Breakfasts were not varied (one could get bored after a few days of the same thing) but tasty. My experience was, overall, positive.
