Flexible Spaces to Fit Your Wedding Style

Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, Graceland Venues has you covered:

• Main Venue Hall: Seats up to 180 guests comfortably, or 150 if you want to include a dance floor.
• The Lapa: For a relaxed, semi-outdoor vibe, this space accommodates 60 guests and includes indoor braai facilities plus access to a cozy Boma area.

Exchange your vows surrounded by nature in the enchanting garden. The outdoor ceremony package includes:

• Use of a charming pergola
• A tranquil waterfall feature
• A red carpet aisle for that special touch

Planning Your Reception with Ease

Graceland Venues provides a solid foundation for your reception, with key features designed to make your day seamless and personalized:

• Furniture: Round tables seating 8-10 guests, square wooden tables in the Lapa, standard white plastic chairs, plus 40 wooden chairs for the Lapa area.
• Catering: Bring your own caterers—there’s no in-house catering, but the venue offers a list of trusted suppliers. A fully equipped kitchen is available for plating and serving.
• Beverages: Feel free to bring your own drinks with no corkage fees.
• Décor and Linen: You have full freedom to arrange your own décor, linen, and entertainment, so your wedding reflects your unique style.

Venue Hire Details

Your booking includes 8 hours of venue use for both ceremony and reception, with events concluding by midnight. A refundable security deposit is required to secure your date. Special rates apply for bookings between September 2025 and August 2026.
