Each couple's story, the emotions of the day, and the individual personalities of the families make every event memorable in its own way. Whether it's a heartfelt vow exchange, an unexpected dance-off, or a beautiful location, each wedding adds a new layer of joy and creativity to my work. It's the diversity and authenticity of each celebration that truly stands out to me!

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
My No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples is to prioritize communication and collaboration. Make sure you both discuss your vision, budget, and priorities openly. Set aside time for regular check-ins to ensure you’re on the same page and to address any concerns that may arise. Remember, planning a wedding can be stressful, so teamwork helps not only in organizing everything but also in enjoying the process together. Focus on what truly matters to you both as a couple, and don’t hesitate to lean on trusted friends, family, or professionals for support!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Here’s how it typically unfolds:
Initial Consultation: I always start with a friendly telephone or video call (or sometimes meet over coffee if you like!) to get to know you better. This is an opportunity you to share their vision for the wedding, discuss any specific ideas you have for the video, and ask any initial questions. It’s important for me to understand their style and what moments matter most to you.
Final Meeting: About a month before the wedding, I schedule a final meeting to go over all the details once more. We’ll discuss logistics, review schedules, and address any last-minute changes. This is also a chance for you to share any additional thoughts you have or moments you want to highlight, ensuring we're all on the same page.
Availability for Questions: Throughout the planning process, I emphasize that I’m always available for any questions or concerns that may arise. Whether it’s about video styles, potential shots, or general wedding planning advice, I’m here to support the couple and make their experience as smooth as possible.
The Wedding Day: On the wedding day, I arrive early to capture all the preparations, candid moments, and the full atmosphere of the event. I work discreetly to document the day as it unfolds, ensuring that I capture the authentic emotions and beautiful details that tell your unique story.
Post-Production: After the wedding, I edit the footage to create a highlight reel and full video that reflect your personalities and the overall vibe of the day. I'll always keep you in the loop during this process, allowing for feedback and ensuring you love and are 100% with the final product!
This thorough process helps ensure that each couple feels heard, supported, and excited about how their story will be captured on film. Every wedding is a new adventure, and I’m dedicated to making each one special and memorable!
Describe how you got into videography.
I’ve always had a passion for media and filmmaking, which naturally led me to study it in college. During my time there, I was introduced to various aspects of filmmaking, and one of the topics that truly resonated with me was wedding videography. The idea of capturing such intimate and meaningful moments really interested me.
I trained and worked alongside a wedding videographer from 16. This hands-on experience was invaluable as I learned the intricacies of wedding videography, from the technicalities of cameras and audio to the art of storytelling through editing. After gaining confidence and experience, I decided to take the leap and start shooting weddings on my own.
Now, looking back, I can honestly say that it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Each wedding is a unique story waiting to be told, and I feel privileged to be part of those special moments. The journey has been incredible, and I love every minute of it!
