Magical walk up from the ferry terminal. Beautiful views from the terrace, attentive staff, excellent food. We will return very soon. Memorable. Congratulations to the owner and the staff

A great stay at a great hotel. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and were very helpful throughout our stay. Food was top quality and the views are stunning. Location is fantastic with lots to do right on the doorstep of the hotel. Would recommend

Popped in for a drink, ended up staying for snacks and coming back the next day for our evening meal after the bar / restaurant manager introduced us to the new menu. The food was fabulous and the service was great. The views are phenomenal.

This is a grand and charming old hotel in the main town of Mull. We spent Hogmanay here and it was great. The room met expectations and the bed was comfortable. We particularly liked that the hotel is genuinely dog-friendly and many other guests have dogs which makes for a lovely atmosphere and they are allowed in communal spaces. Staff are very professional and do a great job, particularly Darcy on reception and other front desk staff. There is an excellent walk from the hotel to the lighthouse

Stunningly lovely views, very pleasant staff and an extensive dinner menu not to mention comfortable beds, a shower even I could work (!) …. Was very sorry to leave. Comment has been passed about the steps leading down to the harbour - but you can walk down the road instead so you don’t need to use them. And there is ample car parking in the Main Street and harbour area if you need to take your car down. Thank you to all the staff for a very pleasant stay.

Location is amazing with priceless views. Great base to explore. Fantastic room. Spotless and a great bed. Quite rightly still has the charm of a historic hotel - and more as it's definitely got that modern twist with a cool vibe and great bar. As always the staff make it extra special Alastair for his charm when we booked the night before. The tall guy at reception who I have forgotten his name - sorry - who was great Adam is the star of the show. If I was the owner I would be well pleased to h
