The perfect day and the perfect venue

We very recently got married here and it was simply perfect. Rachel and her team were so relaxed and comfortable with their role that it made us relax and just enjoy the day even more. They had thought of everything before we had; present but not intrusive; warm and kind; simply wonderful. The food was perfect, the day and night went without a glitch, we could not have been happier. We can't recommend this venue enough!

Visited for a friend’s wedding and was not disappointed! From the evening food the night before to the wedding breakfast it was simply delicious!

The Best Day Of Our Lives 🤍

If you are looking for the perfect wedding venue then The Saddle Room at Tupgill Park is the one! From the stunning views and idyllic location to the beautiful Bell Barn it really is special. We couldn't fault the accommodation, Myself and my bridal party stayed in The West House the night before and that has the wow factor. The staff were faultless and couldn't do enough to ensure the day was a success. The food was stunning, many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding meal they have had. Myself and my husband would just like to thankyou all at The Saddle Room. Especially Rachel and also Jess. If we could do it all again we would! Xoxo

'Just Amazing'

The Saddle Room hosted our wedding yesterday, which was just amazing from start to finish. The Bell Barn was the perfect setting and all of the team bent over backwards to help us make the day just perfect. Food and service was exceptional and the accommodation was just top notch. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful crisp autumn day and the grounds and views from the venue provided a wonderful back drop for photos. Many of our guests were first time visitors and they were certainly ‘wowed’, all commenting on how spectacular the venue was. Thanks to everyone who helped make the day so special. We would not hesitate in recommending The Saddle Room to other couples planning their big day.

'WOW, What an amazing place!'

It’s taken me sometime to write this review as I didn’t feel I could do it justice. WOW! what an amazing place The Saddle Room at Tupgill Park is! We got married here in November and it really was the most perfect day. The venue, accommodation, staff & food were amazing. Rachel & Ria along with all of the staff couldn’t have done anything more to make sure our day was as perfect as it was!! All of our guests were so complimentary of the venue, food & accommodation It really was amazing, the whole place is just fantastic, if you are getting married do it here!!!! I can’t wait to come back to the Saddle Room and enjoy the forbidden corner with our two boys and of course have a fantastic meal in the Saddle Room. Thank you so much. Richie & Anna x

We haven't, but we are always on the lookout on table plans & drinks receptions!

What’s your favourite canapé?

It has to be Steak & Chips! One of our new canapes on our menu & it's already becoming a popular choice with couples.

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

It has to be cheese! With Wensleydale cheese factory just around the corner from us, what else were we going to choose! Great quality crackers, lashings of proper butter, a wedge of cheese big enough to hold the door open topped with a yummy Yorkshire Chutney! Our mouths are watering just writing this.

What is The Saddle Room most unique feature?

We can't forget the use of the strangest place in the world! With use of our sister company; The Forbidden Corner for great photos!

What part of your business are you most proud of?

Absolutely everything from staff to the whole conversion of Tupgill Park! The transformation from an old & derelict racing stables to what Tupgill Park has become is next to nothing. The whole conversion of The Bell Barn & The Saddle Room has had no expense spared and has become and amazing space to welcome guests.
