The Glyn Clydach

The girls at the Glyn were absolutely amazing and made sure my day was the best day ever. From letting me have my alpacas there, to giving me Alka seltzers to ease my being sick with nerves in the morning, it felt like Janine and the girls were in the wedding with me rather than just staff at a venue. Highly recommend, we had the most beautiful day xx

To all staff at The Glyn Clydach We just wanted to say from the bottom of of hearts thank you so much for making or day such a special one. It was an honour to have our wedding at the venue. It was truly incredible and the views and grounds were breath taking. We appreciate everything and a special thanks to Janine for everything not only on the day but the lead up to it too. We really felt like you were all our friends and it was as if we had known you all a long time. All the guest commented on how fantastic the food was and as well as the venue, grounds and views. The honestly went on about it all night, some even saying its the best venue they had been to. Myself and Rob are truly thankful for all the effort you put into our day and there are not enough words to describe how much we appreciate you all.

This is a fabulous venue on the outskirts of Swansea. I have had the pleasure of working there many times as a photographer. The staff are always excellent in particular Janine the wedding coordinator, the food is top quality and from a photographic point of view it has everything. I would highly recommend checking it out if you are looking for a wedding venue !

We got married here Saturday and it was the most magical day🥰 everything was perfect and the staff couldn't do more for us! Beautiful wedding venue a photographers dream

We got married yesterday and had our evening at the Glyn Clydach, Janine was fab throughout our whole journey and went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted. The room was incredible and the staff were friendly, buffet was delicious. Our day couldn’t have gone any better. Thankyou for letting us share our day at your venue with beautiful grounds👰‍♀️❤️

My daughter and her (now) husband got married at the Glyn Clydach. From the very beginning when they picked this venue we knew we were on a winner. From the brilliant organisational skills of Janine and the lovely staff. The food was lovely day and evening, everything was perfect, and even though the weather wasn't it didn't matter, noone noticed the pouring rain. The rooms we stayed in too were really lovely. Thank you Janine and all the staff for helping make it an absolutely magical day.

We had a very short notice wedding on a much lower budget than planned due to a family member's diagnosis. We loved the Glyn Clydach from the moment we got there as it looked beautiful but Janine sealed the deal. She was so lovely and knowledgeable. She spent alot of time going through different options to help us fit our budget and from day 1 we felt safe in the hands of her and her amazing team! The grounds are gorgeous and well kept giving plenty of photos opportunities and the event room is versatile. Nothing was too much trouble. Janine and her team set up everything the night before to relieve our stress and looked after everything on the day, especially timing! The food was amazing and catered personally for some vegans and coeliac guests we had. The in-house dj was right on point with his timings, music selection and thankfully helped us with some games too. We booked out all the rooms there and everyone was happy with how clean and well kept they were but our bridal suite was luxurious and the bed was sooo comfy. All staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful from the moment we first contacted them. We are forever grateful of the Glyn Clydach and their team for helping us pull off the wedding we wanted in such a short time and helping to make our day special. Especially as it wasn't your typical wedding (nightmare before christmas theme) and our circumstances meant there was alot of uncertainty. Janine's experience and passion really shone through to support and guide us.

I recently got married at The Glyn Clydach Hotel. Janine was the best wedding planner ever she also helped putting my dress right at the back of my train along with my dress maker Sam. I stayed on Wednesday 15th and had food there and I can honestly say it was stunning thank u janine and all the staff for everything you done for my wedding day on the 16th of May 2024 xxx

My son and daughter in law had their wedding here on Saturday me and my husband booked in Friday night we had a beautiful room overlooking the decking and grounds the room was bright and sparkling clean we ordered room service breakfast on day of wedding which was well presented and plentiful On the morning of wedding the staff went beyond and above my husband has a disability and they were so considerate to him and myself the wedding breakfast was tasty and well cooked compliments to the chefs everyone commented on the food and the hot buffet in the night everyone at the wedding enjoyed The owners should be told how good his staff are from receptionist wedding planner chefs bar staff glass collectors waitresses and night porter 100% would recommend for any venue just perfect
