The Barns at Lodge Farm is the perfect rural oasis just a stone's throw from the big city, hidden in amongst the arable land that has been worked by the Graham family for nearly 100 years. We only offer exclusive use packages, giving you complete flexibility to use each space within the venue exactly as you wish. Fully licensed for civil wedding ceremonies in a number of different barns, we can host anywhere from 30 to 250 guests, including a field for glamping overnight if you want to continue the party! Here at The Barns at Lodge Farm we offer three simple wedding packages, allowing you to select an option which best meets your budget and requirements. Choose from Intimate, One day hire or Two day hire. As a result of us offering a variety of hire options, peak weekend dates do get snapped up quickly, so please do get in touch to avoid disappointment! As a full working arable farm as well as a wedding and events venue, we have a strong commitment to sustainability and are working on an exciting programme of renovation work to ensure the venue runs in an environmentally sensitive and carbon neutral manner. We are a small, family-run business, and pride ourselves on providing the most personal and professional service possible - we are firm believers that no two couples are the same and so each wedding should also be unique, and we pride ourselves on making that happen.

Our family have lived and worked here at Lodge Farm for nearly 100 years, and my own wedding was the first ever event we hosted here back in June 2016. We have a single, simple hire fee which includes exclusive use of the entire venue from 1pm the day before your wedding until 11am the day afterwards. You have complete flexibility to bring in whichever caterers you'd like, so that you can choose a menu to suit your style and budget. The venue hire fee also includes a fully staffed bar (bespoke drinks packages available on request) and an Event Manager to co-ordinate your day exactly as you have planned,

We had our wedding at The Barns at Lodge Farm and genuinely could not have asked for a better venue. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. The planning meetings with Bryony and Nicole were warm, informative and incredibly reassuring. They were always receptive to our ideas and questions, and we felt completely supported throughout. The pricing was also very reasonable for everything that is included, which made the whole process even smoother. Archie was brilliant with the set-We had our wedding at The Barns at Lodge Farm and genuinely could not have asked for a better venue. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. We got married at The Barns at Lodge Farm in Sept 2025 and had the most beautiful day! We loved the setting and the fact we had multiple indoor spaces to use - plus a great yard area and two comfortable getting ready rooms. We got to bring in our own caterers which was important to us. Most importantly, the space was very accessible to me (the bride) as a wheelchair user. It felt like it ticked all the boxes.We got married at The Barns at Lodge Farm in Sept 2025 and had the most beautiful day! We loved the setting and the fact we had multiple indoor spaces to use - plus a great yard area and two comfortable getting ready rooms. We got to bring in our own caterers which was important to us. Most importantly, the space was very accessible to me (the bride) as a wheelchair user. It felt like it ticked all the boxes.

We had our wedding at The Barns at Lodge Farm and genuinely could not have asked for a better venue. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. The planning meetings with Bryony and Nicole were warm, informative and incredibly reassuring. They were always receptive to our ideas and questions, and we felt completely supported throughout. The pricing was also very reasonable for everything that is included, which made the whole process even smoother. Archie was brilliant with the set-up and clearing afterwards – which made a huge different. On the day itself, Nicole and her team were absolutely incredible. They took all the stress off our shoulders and ensured everything ran seamlessly. Every member of staff was friendly, approachable and genuinely invested in making the day special. The venue itself is beautiful, with multiple spaces that are all inviting. Everything went perfectly and we could not recommend The Barns at Lodge Farm more highly. It was the perfect place to celebrate.We had our wedding at The Barns at Lodge Farm and genuinely could not have asked for a better venue. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. We booked The Barns at Lodge Farm without even visiting in person and we have zero regrets! It's clear from the start that the team are a real family (both blood related and not) and they actually care about each couple and their wedding. They were fantastic at communicating and giving suggestions when asked and on the day they went above and beyond, from covering the bridal party with umbrellas, washing shoes in the sink and solving any potential disasters before they even happened. The venue itself is so beautiful and we loved the freedom it gave us to use our own suppliers and put our own stamp on it to make it the day of our dreams. We only wish we could do it every year (but maybe with less rain!)We booked The Barns at Lodge Farm without even visiting in person and we have zero regrets! What an amazing wedding venue… what more can I say. From the first visit I knew it would be the right choice, and this was definitely proven correct on our special day. Incredible setting, based on the grounds of a working farm, with repurposed barns creating such great atmosphere, and a mixture of both inside and outside spaces for guests to enjoy. The team are so friendly and were great communicators throughout. I had unfortunately broken my leg a few weeks before my wedding day and needed to be on crutches, but they could not do enough to help me. They even drove me to scenic spots for photos and dragged a chair about in case I need to sit down. All our guests had such a fabulous time….. and so did we. I cannot recommend The Barns at Lodge Farm enough. Thank you for such a special day.What an amazing wedding venue… what more can I say. There aren't enough stars to rate The Barns!! I got married there last week and I can guarantee you that the team at Lodge Farms will do everything to make your wedding day absolutely perfect! As they did with ours. They will make the venue look like something out of a fairy tale, and we couldn't have imagined a more beautiful setting for our special day. Everyone of the team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right, from fluffing our trains to calming our nerves on the day. Special shout out to Archie, who helped through the preparations to ensure all our decor and inventory was exactly as expected. He was incredibly detail-orientated and just an all round brilliant guy. And most importantly Nina, who was truly BRILLIANT as our wedding coordinator. Her attitude made the whole planning process a breeze and she made us feel so comfortable on the day. Nothing is too big of an ask for Nina, and she was integral to the success of our wedding. The entire team at Lodge Farms helped make our dreams a reality. We're over the moon with how everything turned out! Perfect winter weddingPerfect winter wedding
Me and my partner had a winter wedding at the barns and it was absolute perfection. The venue is so versatile and gives you the opportunity to make your wedding completely bespoke. Whilst having a beautiful back drop and so much space to play with. The team at the barns are warm, welcoming and exactly the type of people you want around when planning a wedding and on the actual day itself. I couldn’t recommend this venue or the team enough.Me and my partner had a winter wedding at the barns and it was absolute perfection. The venue is so versatile and gives you the opportunity to make your wedding completely bespoke. Whilst having a beautiful back drop and so much space to play with. No praise is high enough for the Barns at Lodge Farm! If a beautiful venue in a stunning location (Harlow not visible!) wasn’t already enough to sway prospective couples, the Barns team should be. Bryony has created a personable, passionate and hardworking team who without exception made us feel welcome and supported throughout our whole journey. Whilst the venue offers complete flexibility, the team was there to offer guidance, recommendations and solutions so we didn’t feel overwhelmed by choice. Suppliers visibly relaxed when we told them which venue we’d chosen, noting the warm welcome and level of organisation they’d previously seen whilst working there. The team’s support in the run up (the amazing spreadsheet that organised us!), the day before and the on-the-day management was second to none. Any challenge we faced whilst setting up was met with calm consideration followed by the offer of a solution - a huge thank you to Archie and Ryan for their help the day before! As a result of all of these things, we were relaxed on our wedding day, able to enjoy every moment and trust completely that the Barns team would ensure everything ran smoothly. I don’t even know where to begin with this review. The barns at lodge farm have to be, hands down, the most incredible venue team in the country! From the first moment we took a tour around the beautiful venue, and met the wonderful venue manager Bryony, we were captivated - not only by the incredible facilities and surroundings, but by the very personable welcome we had and the genuine care the team showed for our big day. The entire team has been so accommodating of all of our needs and so responsive. Upon booking we could never have imagined we’d need to be walked through several postponements due to an unforeseen pandemic, but Bryony and the barns team held us through it every step of the way - they went above and beyond for us and we are so incredibly grateful. When we finally got to the big day, it was the dreamiest and most perfect running of events. From the set up the day before and the big welcome from Archie (who is the most lovely and helpful person to have around on a set up day!) to the very smooth running of the day coordinated by the one and only Nina of Occasion Queens (she’s so amazing she has a review dedicated to her!!), we couldn’t have asked or wished for a more amazing day. The venue itself has so much to offer and is so reasonably priced for the stunning facilities available. The range of spaces, the exclusive use of the venue, the mix of rustic and industrial looks and the beautiful countryside surroundings are the perfect combination for the most phenomenal wedding. Throughout this whole process we felt like we were adopted into the barns family, nothing felt like too much to ask, and we have received so much support and love from the team there. I was here back in July for Arti & Jonas' wedding day and this is an absolute gem of a wedding venue. Rustic looking but with great service. A special shout out has to go to Nina, the co-ordinator on the day who couldn't have taken better care of myself, my assistant and the videography team, and I'm quite certain that extends to couples and guests too. The spaces here are super photogenic and especially the sunset spot - often if you're told that the venue 'know a great spot', it's a little bit naff, there might be an ornamental bridge....
