Venue Hire includes the following: Exclusive use of our cosy and comfortable tipi venue space / 3 Giant Kata Tipis and 1 chill-out Kungs Tipi / Rustic wooden frontage with double doors and windows across the entrance of the Tipis, to keep in the warmth whilst enjoying the views / Luxury, twinkling fairy lights throughout for a dream-like atmosphere / Natural, wooden tables, cross back chairs, a cake table, and an indoor fire pit to gather around / Dance floor area with giant glittering disco ball, coloured spot lights and an extended space for a DJ or accoustic band / Flexibility to choose your own suppliers, other than caterers – or we can recommend our trusted and approved supplier friends in the industry / Beautiful landscape provides a plethora of photo opportunities / Car parking facilities / Toilets / Heating and mains electricity / Over-head festoon lit walkways / Access to the site from 10am the day of your wedding, for you and your suppliers to set up and decorate / Meetings and site visits prior to your wedding

Open between April and mid-October, Sheepy Meadows is stunning across spring, summer and autumn. Surrounded by grazing sheep and scenic views, their stunning wedding tipi stands out, for a celebration that reflects your style and personality. Whether you love a fun festival vibe or elegant vintage feel, they can make your vision a reality. To preserve the landscape for future generations, they have made a commitment to sustainability through their environmentally friendly practices. Facilities and Capacity Set on over 150 acres, you'll have access to 3 large kata tipis and 1 kungs tipi. The tipis can be decorated to your taste and theme, and they're ideal for hosting an outdoor ceremony, wedding breakfast or evening reception. The kungs tipi provides a cosy space for you and your guests to kick back and relax, complete with sofas and firepit. Say 'I do' on the property with a celebrant-led ceremony that can take place outdoors or inside the spacious tents. Perfect for creating memories, this venue provides ample opportunities for stunning images of your special day. Once night falls, enchanting fairy lights and a festoon lighting create a warm atmosphere for dancing and celebrating. Toilet facilities are provided. Services Offered Sheepy Meadows can host ceremonies, meals and receptions, offering a variety of services to help you create the wedding day you've always imagined. You may choose to hold a celebrant-led ceremony or blessing in the tipi, but a list of nearby churches and registry offices is also provided. A number of items are included with the venue, including, wooden tables, cross-back chairs, and a cake table. You and your guests can enjoy the large dance floor, complete with a disco ball and spotlights, and a fully serviced bar is available.
