Riverside

We were here with family and friends for our daughter’s wedding. location and lovely walks along the riverbanks and the venue was wonderful. Great work and big thanks to Lauren and Shelly. You did a really amazing job. The whole day was so special and memorable you put in the effort to make the whole event to great success and you definitely succeeded. Thank you would highly recommend as a wedding venue or just eat out and enjoy the delicious food.

We have just had our son’s wedding here and have to say, excellently planned and executed from start to finish. Fab day, food excellent and great staff, would highly recommend.

We had our wedding at the Riverside in March 2024. Lauren, Shelly, and their staff were as committed to making the day memorable as we were. From the beginning, Lauren was great. No idea was too outlandish or unachievable, and she was really good at keeping in contact with our chosen suppliers and providing updates which was definitely one thing less for us to worry about. The food was plentiful and delicious; the best haggis bonbons I've ever had were on my wedding day! We opted for the more traditional roast route but the menu is highly adaptable to personal tastes, preferences, and course options. The setting is lovely and intimate with wonderful views over the river. The private function room is beautiful, especially in the evening, and has plenty of seating for everyone. There is a private bar in the function room that was well staffed for our reception and prices were very reasonable. Our ceremony was meant to be outside but this ended up not being possible due to the poor weather. The Riverside team adapted to this quickly and the ceremony was held in the tearoom instead. This ended up being better for us as the room was breathtaking on the day and more than we ever could have hoped for. Thank you again for making our day so special!

Been here a couple of times, dog friendly and the friendliest of staff. Food both in quality and quantity is great, I'd recommend. Beautiful walk nearby along the river.

We used Riverside last year after we got married in Las Vegas for our at home celebration with our friends and family. We couldn’t have been happier with the flawless service we received from Lauren Shelly and the whole team. Thank you for such a wonderful day.

Almost 3 years ago we started to plan our wedding and we decided we wanted to celebrate in Rohaan Cafe. Then the pandemic came and we had to postpone a few times until we were finally able to celebrate it this week. Lauren and her team did an amazing job at decorating the room, making sure the food and everything was as planned. The place looked beautiful and the food was even better than we expected. They welcomed our puppy to be part of the celebration and that made it even more special.
