The Pig and Whistle was the first wedding venue we viewed, and we absolutely loved it! We didn’t look anywhere else and emailed Justin the same day to say, “We want to get married here!” From the first email to the last, Justin was so helpful and professional, making the entire wedding planning process relaxed and stress-free. Our wedding was cosy, intimate, special, and beautifully decorated. The food and drinks were absolutely incredible! Many of our guests said it was the best wedding they’d ever been to—and we couldn’t agree more! Thank you, Justin, Brendan, and your amazing team, for making our wedding so perfect.

Our daughter and now son-in-law celebrated their wedding at the Pig and Whistle last Saturday. While I tend not to write reviews, I am moved to do so on this occasion, because I believe excellence should be celebrated. And that was the experience of everyone at the wedding, it was truly excellent. Justin and his team were superb, the calm way he managed everything was such a comfort. The food was amazing, the atmosphere warm and intimate, and the service brilliant! Thank you for making our daughter’s wedding such a wonderful day.

Justin and Brendan really did make our day so special and wonderful! Having our wedding at the Pig and Whistle was PERFECT. From the initial enquiry to the big day itself, we were so looked after, and everything was thought of, discussed and then looked after by them - we barely had to do anything ourselves and for this we are TRULY grateful. We wanted a small and intimate wedding and that's just what Justin, Brendan and the team gave us. An absolutely beautiful wedding, the food and service was just stunning as were the wonderful decorations for our day. This venue made it possible for my dad who has since passed experience and witness our family and my husband's, officially unite. From initial contact owners - Justin, Brendan and their team were very personable, welcoming and professional. It was honestly one of the best days and felt magic from start to finish. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. The decor makes it feel very intimate and cosy and tied in perfectly with our colour scheme. The food was so delicious, the service was so attentive and supportive. All the guests commented on how lovely the venue was, the wedding breakfast food, canapes and the atmosphere of the day. The weather was unbelievable and the outside courtyard / garden, provided a lovely backdrop for photos - especially golden hour we hope you are prepared for a wave of new regular customers! 🙂 and it's great to know we have somewhere special to return to on anniversaries. Pig & Whistle Restaurant hosted my parents wedding this week, and I cannot recommend them enough. The staff were so kind, helpful and really put effort in to make the day so special, all the way down to the small details (champagne in the wedding car and pep talks before walking down the aisle) We had the most fabulous day and I honestly cannot wait to come back. The Pig & Whistle restaurant is a wonderful place to hold your wedding. The venue itself is a little gem in the countryside. We had the best time at our wedding last week,everything ran smoothly, the food is amazing,everyone enjoyed themselves,and they all said they will be back again. Justin,Brendan and their wonderful team are the best. This is the perfect place to host your special day. Nothing is too much trouble for them,and they even calmed my nerves. We will be back again soon. X

Absolutely perfect in every way. Justin and Breandan were amazing. Nothing was too much. Friends and family have not stopped talking about the venue. The restaurant is so be romantic, and the views and sunset you just can’t explain. The ceremony, the staff, the food was way beyond our expectations. I can not believe how relaxed we both felt the whole day with the owners looking after us and our every need. Best day ever xxx
