Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?
Every Wedding we host is completely unique and bespoke, We spend so much time with our couples from the initial showaround, the planning and then the day itself so this makes it too difficult to choose a 'best' day.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Enjoy every single second as it goes by so fast, go to all the wedding fayres, visit lots of different types of venues, speak to different suppliers, Your day will come together perfectly so always keep an open mind.

Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
We love the newly refurbished Suite so the wedding prep photos are always stunning, I understand its difficult to promise the weather in Scotland but we have so many lovely areas outside as well as inside if the rain appears (Rain on a wedding day brings Good luck too)
Have you had any celebrity guest or wedding at your venue?
I have seen a few celebrities at previous venues but unfortunately not Oswald (yet)
What’s your favourite canapé?
My personal favourite would be the mini savoury scone with soft goats cheese and roast red onion marmalade but the ultimate favourite for most guests is the Haggis Bon Bon!
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
We do a quirky Oswald Chippy where the guests collect their suppers from a heated pass, Normally Battered Haddock, Haggis fritters and Jumbo Sausage, All complete with mini bottles of Irn Bru, Broon sauce and pickled onions.
What is your venue's most unique feature?
Definitely the exclusive use aspect, Weddings are normally romantic and intimate through the day then at night it opens up as more of a House party 'Home from Home' feel.
What part of your business are you most proud of?
We are very proud of the refurbishments we have achieved so far, seeing the before and after of each room we do is incredibly satisfying. Saying that; the part of our business that I am most proud of would be the Team, there is nothing that can be done in any Hospitality venue without a good team so we are very thankful.
