Marshwood Manor is an idyllic Dorset wedding venue, providing a choice of picturesque locations, fabulous facilities and luxury onsite accommodation.
You can say your vows in their highly impressive and unique woodland bower, a magical space located in the heart of their private ancient woodland. You and your guests will cross the stream via the living bridge and be seated in a mystical amphitheatre, an idyllic spot for a romantic outdoor ceremony. It is licensed for civil wedding ceremonies and can accommodate 80 seated guests and 40+ standing guests.
The brick haybarn is a bright space, with a charming and stylish interior, high vaulted ceilings and huge doors opening onto a private terrace. It is suitable for ceremonies for up to 120 guests and up to 80 for your wedding breakfast and provides an exceptional blank canvas for your wedding decorations.
If you’re planning a festival-style wedding, the picturesque meadow is a perfect choice after harvest time. There is plenty of space for a marquee for up to 250 guests, so you can celebrate in the heart of the stunning vale.
Finally, the Victorian Courtyard is an elegant space for a wedding. The raised Dais is ideal for a unique outdoor ceremony in the round of up to 200 guests, but can also be used for your band, DJ, outdoor bar or a cosy fire-pit area. The courtyard has the capacity for over 250 guests, making it perfect for larger celebrations.
