This includes Logie Country House and Ballroom for up to three days and nights with accommodation for 50 in 17 bedrooms. All the towels, linen, heating, welcome hamper, tea, coffee, logs, 2 hot tubs, pool are included as are a whole host to extras (Tables, chairs, seat pads, fairy lights, PA, free wedding planner, whisky barrels, and much much more). We DO NOT charge you any hidden extras and include a whole host of things that you would normally have to pay extra for at other venues!

We would be pleased to quote for exactly what you want. Please enquire :-) We use award winning in house caterers and their price entirely depends on what you want. They can cater for every dietary requirement and style. The most cost effective choice is a self served BBQ, but you can choose anything that you like. What we quote you will include all the food, staff, table linen etc. Corkage is £3 per person (So you can bring your own alcohol). Bar prices are pub prices. There are no hidden extras!

Our most cost effective option for 100 wedding day guests with a wedding meal for 100 would be a mid week, off peak / late availability two night booking. This includes the exclusive hire of the entire house for 2 nights and days at £5000 with our in house caterers providing a wedding meal of bowl food at £36.50 per head. Total cost £8650. Many brides & grooms ask for a £100 contribution per bedroom from their guests (£1,600) so total price for accommodation and meal would be £7,050

Welcome to Logie Country House, a magnificent multi award winning, exclusive use Scottish Country House and Estate dating back to 1492, set in beautiful Aberdeenshire countryside in the Royal Burgh of Inverurie. Logie Country House is an extremely luxurious, relaxing, comfortable and well thought-out location to share the most memorable day of your life.
The entire house (seventeen bedrooms sleeping 50) and estate can be exclusively yours for 2 -3 days and nights for your wedding celebration. Think that your budget won’t stretch to a castle? Think again. Our late availability & off peak mid week prices start from £5,000 for 2 days and nights!
Built in the 1680’s the original castle was extensively modified over the next 120 years and underwent a multi-million pound restoration in 2009. Imagine open fires, beautiful antiques, sumptuous bedrooms, courtyard walls, coats of arms, steeped in history, warm, cosy and now with no draughts!
We have seventeen bedrooms that sleep 50 (excluding additional cot and camp beds), two large entertaining rooms, an indoor infinity pool, two superb fitted kitchens, several living rooms, a cinema, two outdoor hot tubs, a beautiful ballroom & bar, two courtyards, a private island, ancient woodland and rolling lawns. Entertain your close family and friends the day before your wedding or hold a BBQ the day after. There is no rush. Sit back and relax with everyone you hold dear.
We can host intimate weddings for up to 50 day guests in the dining and drawing rooms of the main house, or larger weddings for 160 day guests in our purpose built ballroom & bar, set in ancient woodland, overlooking Bennachie and the River Urie.
Our multi award winning in house caterers, Hudsons Catering, have over 20 years experience and will cater to you every whim & our free events managers, Gillian & Lila, will be able to assist you every step of the way.

Jaw dropped the entire stay!
The most stunning venue ever with the kindest most helpful staff ever! Our wedding kept the guests jaws dropped to the floor the entire time with them loving their rooms, then the hang out spaces and then pool/hot tub parties, and that’s just on the arrival day! On the wedding day the staff especially Gillian were incredible at keeping things running smoothly. We were married in the courtyard which was a completely fairytale space and then partied the night away in the stunning ballroom. We left wondering why on earth anyone would get married anywhere else

I am struggling to even find the words to write to you all at Logie.
We cannot thank you all enough for everything. From the minute we sent the first email enquiring about a viewing to our wedding this week we feel the service we have received has been faultless.
Gillian you made our big day run like clockwork and I never had to stress or worry about a thing. Always at hands reach to accommodate us in any way we needed.
Stef you and Tim made us feel at home instantly and so welcomed when we arrived. The little touches you do are so thoughtful.
We all had the best few days ever!! None of our guests had even heard or Logie and they were blown away by it. No one could believe we had the place to ourselves and they thought it was the most amazing house - we didn't want to leave!!
It is now our photographers favourite venue which says it all. I am so thrilled everyone loved it as much as we did. You guys made our dreams come true and we are forever thankful!!
We were unbelievably lucky to have had the perfect day before the madness has hit now. We will be thinking of you all in the upcoming months and hope you will all be making dreams come true again soon.

Beautiful Wedding Day
Hi Stef and Gillian,
Just wanted to say thanks so much for everything over the weekend. We are still coming back to Earth after being on cloud 9.
The house was so beautiful and all the guest staying had a fabulous time. We knew it would be brilliant having people there all weekend but it all exceeded expectations.
Gillian was so helpful when prepping for the wedding and it definitely felt like we were in safe hands on the day. Actually cannot thank you enough. The staff were all amazing too!
Gillian, could you please also pass on a thanks to Hudson’s? Many guests commented on how amazing the food was throughout the day and we were super happy with what we got.

Most Amazing Weekend Of Our Lives
We were lucky enough to get married at Logie Country House, January 2020. This was the the most amazing weekend of our life.
The house is perfect for all family and friends to get together. It has everything you need to make your wedding a special weekend rather than special day.
Gillian and her team were perfect and ensured everything ran smoothly on the day. Special mention to an Italian staff member that was very attentive to our (bride and groom) needs sadly we didn’t get her name.
The Hudson’s catering was better than we could have hoped for. Having been to many weddings this was by the best food we have had at a wedding.

Extra Special Scottish Wedding Weekend
I'm not sure where to start but sincerely, thank you so, SO much for all your help, support, advice and hard work that went into our wedding at the weekend. We had an absolutely wonderful time as did each of our guests.
The house, the ceremony set-up and the service were just amazing. I honestly cannot thank you enough. You made our weekend extra special and it's one that we will never forget.
We've had so many guests come back to us and say what a special time they had, and that is in no small part due to you all. We had a wide mix of guest ages (from young kids to their grandparents) and each one had a ball.
All I can say is a huge, huge thank you to you all again.. I will share photos as soon as I have some more.

Best Day of our Lives
I just wanted to message to say how wonderful a time we had during our wedding in the summer.
The build up from our first contact, to our meering through to the day was excellent, certainly above and beyond what we would have ever expected. You and your team made us feel very warm and welcome and along with your perfect venue it made it such an easy choice for us.
Steph and Tim thank you so much with the flexibility you showed us and setting the house up beautifully for us, it was so special having the extra quality family time together which we will always be thankful to you for.
Gillian and her team were superb and our consultations were great fun and enjoyable, the whole tasting showcase night was excellent and the support and flexibility up to and including the day was wonderful. Gillian is a great asset to Logie and certainly put us at ease knowing we could completely rely on her.
Hudsons was another big driver of coming to Logie and boy did they deliver. All family and friends from Inverness said it was easily the best food they have ever tasted, and I can second that. It was so important that it was right and it was superb.

Don't follow your satnav for the last 2 miles (or you will end up at the bottom of a 2 mile dead end, private road). From Inverurie, keep on the A96 toward Huntly, trough Pitcaple, past the green 1960s burger bus in the layby on the right. Turn right on the bend into our driveway 300M later. From Huntly, turn left 300M past the Oyne fork. You will see our illuminated railings and gatehouse. Please note that this entrance is for cars only.
