If you’re celebrating an occasion that requires a degree of intimacy, elegance and sophistication you’d be hard pressed to find a better venue than Launceston Place. Our Head Chef Ben Murphy is continuously working with the best produce Britain has to offer to create an ever‑evolving flamboyant and inspired modern European menu. Adorning the walls of Launceston Place are a series of bespoke artworks from leading contemporary artists, carefully curated by Amar Gallery to complement the ambience of the refurbished restaurant space. Inspired by Ben’s creative flair and his menu, the collection combines figurative expression with peaceful minimalism, providing visual assurance to the unique culinary experience on offer.
Awarded three AA Rosettes in 2019, Launceston Place also won AA’s ‘Notable Wine List’ title in 2013 – one of only seven restaurants in to receive the accolade in the UK that year as well as being awarded ‘Best Wine List’ at the Tatler Restaurant Awards.
Our award winning team includes Chef Patron Ben Murphy, who was named Chef to Watch 2016 by The Good Food Guide and took home the Breakthrough Chef of the Year gong at the Food & Travel Awards.
