Kingston Manor Full Description
Exclusively yours for 4 days and 4 nights - a large and beautiful Grade II* medieval manor house and party barn set in several acres of garden with a lake and astounding views. You get to take over this stunning historic house with up to 16 of your family and friends as you prepare for your wedding party, and have exclusive access to the sprawling gardens while you set up your day and decorate the ancient barn and surroundings exactly as you wish. The barn seats up to 120 for dining, 200 standing, and is perfect for dancing. It's light and bright in daytime with large glass doors that open out on both sides, and lights strung from the beams make it very atmospheric at night. There's enough garden space for a very large marquee if you want to seat up to 200 people for your wedding meal. Everything is bespoke. Your decoration, lighting, caterer, table design, the order of your day and every last detail are all your choice. Pick a band, DJ, disco or all three. Outside, think about adding a cocktail tent, a food van for later in the evening, a photo booth, garden entertainment, fireworks -- whatever fills your fancy. Staying in the house feels incredibly homely. You can invite your hair and make-up stylists on the morning of your wedding day, and choose the room you'd like to get dressed and ready in with your maids of honour. There are loads of B&Bs and cottages on the doorstep for the rest of your friends and family. Our 4-night package gives you lots of time to enjoy the preparation and build-up to a fantastic day, and allows for an extra celebration the day after. You won't feel rushed out! You're welcome to add an extra night or two either side of your 4-day weekend if you'd like -- some people stay for a week. Your guests will be amazed at the beauty of the location. And you'll make memories to last a lifetime. We host only 8 weddings each year, which makes a wedding at Kingston Manor all the more special. Come and look round and feel its magic.

Could not fault it in any way
The holiday was for a family celebration. My family loved the whole experience of this amazing Jacobean Manor House, gardens and beautiful scenery. Thank you for sharing your home, we could not fault it in any way, we all would love to come back another time as a family - we left reluctantly saying one of the nicest holidays we have had. Thank you again from us all

The perfect dream wedding ... magical
We were recommended Kingston Manor after two venues fell through and we honestly felt like it was meant to be. We fell in love with the house the second we arrived. Juliet and Robert were fantastic hosts and kept in touch with us throughout our planning to ensure everything would be perfect... which it was! They were incredibly flexible with us with our wedding ideas - it was the perfect dream wedding and the 5-day stay just made it even more magical. I wish we could go back and do it all again.

The most magical wedding weekend....
Our wedding at Kingston manor was nothing short of perfect. The manor is so beautiful, the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and really well put together and have a luxury feel. There is so much space in all the living areas - we had 18 people staying and it never felt at all crowded. The grounds of the manor are stunning too! Walking down the aisle from the old medieval front door through a beautiful walled garden was a very special moment. The barn looked spectacular for our wedding meal and the garden party in the courtyard the following day was perfect! We had the manor for 5 nights so we could watch the wedding being set up by the local suppliers which was so exciting. Especially as most often we were relaxing in the hot tub! Juliet is fantastic at ensuring everything was easy to arrange and was so helpful with local contacts and making us feel at home during our stay. We absolutely love Kingston Manor and couldn’t recommend it more for a holiday or especially a wedding! We want to book it again for an anniversary celebration in a few years time!! Would love to do it all again... Thank you Juliet and beautiful Kingston Manor.

Outstanding house and gardens
Fabulous wedding venue! It’s a wedding venue that you never want to leave! It felt like our place for the weekend and that’s exactly what we wanted. Such a smooth process throughout. Juliet was extra accommodating for everything whilst also being extremely communicative and supportive. We have stunning wedding photos and videos from this outstanding house and gardens. We would highly recommend booking this wonderful venue

Wonderful wedding venue that allows you to celebrate all weekend!
Shaun and I got married here in July and it was fantastic. The venue is absolutely stunning and the house is beautiful. As we live abroad, we were looking for an extended celebration and a venue that could cater for many of our friends and family to stay. Having the venue and accomodation for 4 nights meant that we could host our families and celebrate not just on the day but all weekend incuding a bbq on the sunday. The cottages on the grounds and behind the barn, alongside being able to set up some bell tents and taking over the Wight Mouse pub, meant we had lots of accomodation around for extended family and friends. We had our ceremony in the formal garden which was beautiful and the reception in the barn and gardens. A huge plus for us was the fact that the venue is a blank canvas and you can esssentially plan your event to be whatever you want. The house is an amazing place to stay and we would love to come back in the Winter to try out the huge fireplaces! We highly recommend this venue!
