Venue hire at Huntstile includes all the following: • Our Wedding hire has exclusive use of Huntstile Farmhouse & Grounds on Saturdays and Mondays (*NB other weekday weddings do not have exclusive use) • 8 bedrooms in farmhouse, barn conversion sleeping up to 21 (6 extra rooms for up to an additional 16 guests in total are available to book) • includes our delicious award-winning breakfast for all house guests Choice of 2 Ceremony Rooms - Garden Room (seats 100+standing) or Dining Hall (70 seats) • Use of 2 Reception rooms inside Farmhouse :– • Sitting room with comfortable seating, exposed beams, including complimentary Tea/Coffee making facilities; • Dining Hall with solid dance floor, open log fire (in season) * licensed for ceremony up to 70; PA System for iPod jukebox or laptop playlist (not for band use, sorry); Disco Lights & back drop • Entertainment licence & bar until midnight at weekends and 11.30pm on Weekdays ADJOINING MARQUEE • Pretty Dining Marquee laid out for Dining, with rustic wooden trestle tables or round tables, Chiavari lime-washed chairs with ivory seat pads, all crockery & cutlery; glassware; • Fairy light lining and mood up-lighting • Table linen included • Still & sparkling spring water in glass bottles on tables • Cash Bar with staff (extra facilities available for larger groups) • Large screen for presentation • Superb huge tree-slice Wedding Cake Stand • Jam jars for flowers on tables or tea lighting • Flowers available when in season • Bunting & house decorations, jam jars, wicker hearts, vases, jugs, tea pots, vintage china GARDENS • Huntstile Garden Games • Outside mood lighting in Gardens • Garden Seating • Festoon lighting • Firepits • Hay bales for seating (…not too near firepits!) Huntstile offer a range of menus from a home-grown Hog Roast to a banquet buffet to 4 course table service options. All food is home cooked, much is grown right here on the farm, lovingly prepared and beautifully presented by our wonderful team of friendly staff

We have a venue hire charge of between £3990 to £8950 depending on the day of the week, the season, the number of nights required. This would include our venue hire with all items as above plus : Canapés (either 3 per person or 5 depending upon which package you choose) Drinks package including a welcome drink,s, wine on tables and glass of fizz for the toasts & speeches (some extras on more expensive options include barrels of ales and kegs of cider) Wedding breakfast (2 course banquet buffet or 3 course table service, depending upon which option) Evening buffet
