High House Weddings

I don’t think there are words to describe how great our day/night was. Every member of staff went above and beyond, especially Abbie. She was fantastic and we cannot thank her enough. The food was perfect and everyone commented on how great the steak was especially! Overall we had the best time! Thank you all again.

We had the best day ever! Ella was incredible all day long - we had everything we needed. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing. The rest of the venue staff were fantastic too and every guest couldn’t wait to tell us how perfect the venue is. We couldn’t have had a better day and would recommend High House to anyone. You really get everything down to a T. Thank you!

We knew High House was special after viewing it in October 2020 (it still looked absolutely stunning on a miserable winters day!) but it is so much more than just a beautiful location for a wedding. They really have thought of everything - a bar which is accessible from inside as well as outside the marquee, the snug inside the barn for when it gets a but too much for guests and not to mention the dance floor reveal! The staff at High House really make you feel special, from our first meeting we knew we were in safe hands. Jean is a real highlight from our wedding - our guests are still talking about her and how she made sure everything ran smoothly all day. She made the whole process incredibly straightforward and has a way of making it all feel a bit less overwhelming. She was available whenever we needed anything and had so many helpful nuggets of wisdom which helped us in planning our day. The bar staff were amazing, as were the waiting staff! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made sure all of our guests were looked after all day and into the night. Valentine Cuisine did the most amazing job with our food and we are so thankful to Tony and the team for helping us bring our menu to life - especially as we didn’t exactly go traditional! Our guests have not stopped talking about the food - the canapes, the wedding breakfast and the pizza in the evening went down so well with everyone, even our fussiest eaters! I cannot recommend High House enough and we consider ourselves extremely lucky to have been able to spend the best day of our lives (so far!) at the most perfect venue. Thank you to all who had a role in making it the best day for us, and the best wedding planner that several of our guests have ever seen (in their words!!) Just gutted we don’t get to do it all over again! High House is an extremely special place and we will always look back on our day with the biggest smile on our faces, knowing it couldn’t have been any better.

We would just like to say THANK YOU! Thank you for the most amazing day of our lives. Honestly it was the most breathtaking day! Everything was perfect from the very start to the very end! Everyone in our families have not stopped saying how perfect it was. Also, a huge thank you to Jean and all of the staff at High House. This couldn’t have happened without you all! We feel like even the staff were family. Best day ever!

WE FINALLY GOT OUR DAY! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for EVERYTHING! From the day we booked through two years of planning, to two years of COVID to today, you have all been incredible so much that I cried, i’m so sad it’s over! Thank you for bringing our dream day to life. We will forever be thankful. You guys are incredible in every way.
