Please could you also thank Lauren, she was an absolute star. The rooms were set up better than we’d ever imagined, the running of the day was amazing, the food was amazing and Lauren was brill, even picking up and sorting Amy’s dress, including the evening too. So many people commented on how beautiful the venue was. We will definitely be recommending it to other potential engaged couples! We can’t thank all of the staff enough!
Where do we start? We can’t thank all of the staff enough for providing an exceptional service from the minute we booked our wedding with you in September 2017 until our actual wedding at the weekend. There are a few members of staff we’d like to mention specifically that had a part in helping the day run smoothly including Hannah who was there throughout all the organisation and planning, Heather and Tracey who helped finalise the last few details and of course the incredible Ricky who was a godsend throughout our big day. Ricky was of course supported by a huge team - front of house staff, housekeeping staff and kitchen staff and therefore anybody who worked throughout Saturday 3rd August we’d like to say a massive thank you! Everything was perfect! The venue itself is exquisite and the grounds are simply stunning! We’ve had endless comments about the quality of the food that was served throughout the weekend and the professionalism of the waiting staff. We’ve attached a few photos from guests which we feel show off what an amazing place Eshott Hall is and we just know when we get the professional ones they’ll been beautiful too. We had the best day of our lives and a huge credit of that goes to you. We can’t recommend you highly enough!

Better than we could have ever imagined!

Describe the best wedding that happened at your venue?

We did have a Carnival themed wedding some years ago... they had fire breathers on stilts, coconut shys and 'shuggy boats' on the lawn. Each table cloth was a different colour (think bright pinks, oranges and greens) and their centrepieces were stunning colourful flowers in popcorn buckets! Even the favours were Fun Fair tickets that gifted each guest a free drink at the bar!

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Every element can be personalised in some way... the day is a celebration of you two as a couple... show your guests what's important to you two and take them on a journey of your relationship. From photos dotted around our lounges, down to the favours you provide them (maybe your partner's favourite tipple or sweetie)... let's celebrate YOU!

What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?

One of our couples had a watercolour image painted of Eshott and they used it on all of their stationery including place-cards, invites and even stickers for the favours, they looked so pretty!

We have had quite a few Football players here, a maybe even a singer from a band... not mentioning any names!

The Chilli & Maple-Glazed Mini Butcher's Sausages ALWAYS go down a treat!

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

Our Italian Buffet is so versatile for all your guests... but the Hog Roast with your own choice of glaze and sides also provides an entertainment factor for your guests as it's carved in the room!

What is your venue's most unique feature?

Our 'Chapel' is the perfect Ceremony space... it FEELS special, just a short walk away from the Main Hall, you walk through the little Gingerbread Village of Eshott Hamlet (the residents will come out and clap if they see you in your Wedding Dress) and arrive at the most quaint space, ready to say 'I Do'
