This is the price for hire of the fields, with electricity, water supply, parking, fire pit and logs, and use of the barn (converted, with heating etc) for getting ready.
There is space for up to 3 linked tipis, with capacity for up to 120 seated.
You have exclusive access from 9am the day before to 2pm the day after your wedding.

We offer packages which include (at the lower price range) the hire of the fields and woodland, with a small stretch tent seating just over 50 people, with furniture, lighting, matting, use of the barn, parking, power and water, up to (at the the higher end) three linked tipis (10m diameter each) seating up to 120 people, also with furniture, lighting and all the extras as above. You have exclusive access from 9am the day before to 2pm the day after your wedding.
Bar services, catering etc would all be arranged through external suppliers, and are not included.

Barnfield Weddings & Events Full Description
Based on a small farm, the secluded, beautiful and slightly wild lakeside setting is unique and special. Offering a maximum of 12 outdoor weddings a year from May to September, the space offers a ‘blank canvas’ for you to make your wedding your own. Relaxed, boho festival vibes or more formal marquee weddings both fit beautifully into the space. Choose from either a Dry Hire booking, or a package including tipis and furniture, and add your own details to create your perfect day. You will have exclusive access from 9am the day before your wedding to 2pm the day after, with no other weddings happening in the same week as yours.
Each of the outdoor ceremony options (woodland, lakeside or willow aisle) offer a naturally special place for your vows, and can be used simply dressed by nature, or enhanced with your flowers and other embellishments. The converted barn provides a beautiful space overlooking the lake for you to get ready.
We are members of the Sustainable Wedding Alliance, and have chosen Recommended Suppliers who share our interest and values around sustainability, whilst also providing a high quality service.
There is space for camping or glamping, and dogs are welcome!

Our first Open Day, from 11-3! The farm will be looking at its late-spring best, we’ll have tipis set up and ceremony areas dressed, and our absolutely favourite suppliers.
