We have two wedding packages that start from £70 per head for the Cherry Blossom package or £100 for the Silver Birch package. Each package includes a three-course meal with wine, followed by Rainforest coffee or traditional British tea to finish. You will also receive exclusive access to your chosen function room, the in-suite bar, and the beautiful gardens for photographs. Napkins, cutlery and crockery; linens, including tablecloths, chair covers and sashes; cake stand and knife are also included. Additional extras available in the upgraded Silver Birch package. Should you prefer a bespoke experience, our team are always happy to work with you to create your very own package.

We offer three striking event spaces that are licenced for civil ceremonies and each offer a unique experience. THE GARDEN SUITE: This grand, elegant and versatile space is the ideal choice for medium to large sized events. Bathed in natural light, this suite is our most flexible as it also divides into the Palm Bar & Orchid Room, with a private lounge bar. THE TERRACE SUITE: With its large, arched ceiling, this historical space is the ideal setting for any small to medium-sized event. This self-contained area benefits from its own registration area, catering facilities, and private in-suite bar and washrooms. THE LOUDON SUITE: Perfect for intimate gatherings, this suite is situated next to our famous Japanese garden and boasts stunning views across the terrace area. Comprising of The Cedar Room and The Conservatory, the Loudon Suite offers excellent access to the Pavillion tea rooms and our beautiful outdoor areas. During the warmer months, Birmingham Botanical Gardens boasts a picture-perfect al fresco drinks reception area overlooking our beautifully landscaped gardens. We also offer two main wedding packages, both of which are designed to make planning your wedding as simple as possible. Lovely venue, but stay away regardless
Where do I begin? Despite the initial attentiveness of the team coming up to the day, our wedding was an absolute shambles thanks to the utter unprofessionalism and disorganisation of the staff. We felt like we had to take control as no one seemed to know what they were doing and that they essentially abandoned us on our wedding day. Every opportunity to get something wrong they did. From no one from the events team showing up the entire day, failure to direct our guests to the room, being late to bring canapes out, bad table setup and forgetting to put table numbers down...it was an absolute disaster and put me and my wife through so much unnecessary stress. I strongly recommend you stay away from this wedding venue. I emailed my complaints after they asked for feedback and one month later they still haven't responded. Disgusting behaviour.

Worst decision ever. DO NOT BOOK THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The reason we booked was because of the beautiful gardens, and they would be the perfect backdrop for our wedding pictures. Had no issues on lead up to the wedding, they were great. The day before our wedding they called to say that there was another event on, and that there would be some sculptures visible from the Terrace Suite which we had booked. This event had been advertised 2 weeks prior to the wedding, which they neglected to tell us about until the day before. There were giant Ice Age sculptures everywhere which moved and made noises. Everywhere we had wanted pictures, there was a sculpture. We had paid so much money for our photographer, it was just wasted. They were so off putting during our photos. If they had given us notice then we could have found other areas to take photographs but they didn't think to tell us. We complained on the day, and they said to speak to the team who booked our reception. It took over 6 weeks for a response, which frankly is disgraceful. The sales manager, Isabel, called me over 6 weeks after the event to apologise and offer free entry to the gardens. I don't ever want to go back. They didn't explain the policy to throw away wedding cakes after the event so our cake and cake topper were chucked and we weren't told that would happen. We hadn't been invoiced until recently, as they couldn't even send the invoice to the correct email address. Overall, they are incompetent and I would recommend you steer well clear of them. They might be reasonably priced, but they have tarnished the memory of our wedding day.

One couple had a scratch-off world map, showing all of the places they had travelled to. Around the country in which they had gotten engaged, they had drawn a heart.

Without a doubt, the bridge over the ornamental pond.

Wild Mushroom Arancini. Simple, yet elegant. 100% delicious.

What’s your favourite midnight treat?

Gourmet hotdogs or sliders. A sumptuous twist on a classic dish. Perfect for a late night snack as the night is winding down.

What is your venue's most unique feature?

It has to be our glasshouses, filled with rare botanical plants. Oh, and the peacock that freely roams the gardens.

What part of your business are you most proud of?

We have incredible catering!
