We have excellent facilities and experienced staff, who are dedicated to making your day live up to your expectations. We are licensed for Civil Weddings since 1996 and should you choose this option, just imagine the simplicity of holding your Marriage Ceremony and Reception in the same place. Our Rose Suite is intimate, tastefully decorated in keeping with the charm of the older parts of the building. It seats up to 80 for the Wedding Breakfast and can cater for up to 100 for an informal evening reception. Self contained with its own entrance, toilets, dance floor and private bar. Or open the partition doors to encompass the Oak Room for our largest banqueting suite, seating up to 160 guests for the wedding breakfast and we can cater for up to 160 guests for the evening reception. For more intimate weddings we offer the historic Prison Wine Bar. We have two special rooms each one containing its own little piece of romance. Spa baths, four poster beds and thoughtfully added comforts for that extra special stay, all provided with our compliments. Don’t forget that any of your guests needing accommodation on the night can enjoy the comfort of one of our 39 en-suite rooms at specially discounted rates. They can choose from either the historic oak-beamed rooms located in the original house, the more contemporary rooms in our executive block or our most recent addition our superior rooms with features including eco LED lighting, ipod docking stations and elegant bathrooms.
